  Old & Worn Out Hotel

  Stayed a night before taking the jetty to Redang Island. Hotel is worn out and smelly. The centralised air cond is blowing out smelly cigarette even though my room is a non-smoking room. The toilet is terrible and smelly from the toilet bowl. Dirty bedsheets All doors from cupboard, cabinet, toilet and room are cannot closed properly. The conditions is so bad if a hard bang it will come out. The rooms are not sound proof, the whole night could heard peoples walking and talking.

  Value for money and pleasant stay

  I did not expect the room of this high quality with the affordable rate of the room fee. The room is clean, beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. The washroom is clean and nice. Even though we got the room with city view, we still could see the glimpse of deep blue ocean in the horizon. The location is good since it's in the middle of KT CBD and near to Pasar Payang and Seberang Takir. The transparent elevator with amazing river view was a bonus, during our stay the weather was very hot and nice, the river appeared to be blue in colour.

  The bed where hard, food where less (to small buffe) and terrible. All off the things you could eat was only toast with jam and coffee. The only good thing it was cheap to stay on our way to paradise islands.

  Comfortable stay

  Stayed for 1 night on short trip. Hotel is centrally located, close to the citys major attractions. Room is clean and comfortable. Water pressure is superb. Staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended.

  Worst Anniversary Celebration

  Unfriendly receptionist Unfriendly Staff Zero knowledge Chef To receptionist: Please welcome the guest like their are very important to you. Dont do such a stupid annoying face. And please try to have a chitchat with you guest. It only me and my wife at that time. And pls Answer the call withing 3 ringing. If you do not have time pls call me back. All the ring bring profit. To FnB staff and Chef: Me and my wife came to you cafe to having candle light dinner for our anniversary celebration. When we arrived, no one welcome us, me and my wife ask each other "where our table" until we decide to just sit at the table with a candle on it. And im the one who call the staff to serve us our dinner. The hell wrong with the staff here. Kedai mamak lagi better. Having four course western set dinner 3 out of 4 is tge horrible dish i ever had. 1,The soup too salty. Its creamy mushroom soup la dey. Not finish your study ke? 2, I having chicken chop and my wife having lamb grill. Chicken chop fried too long till breadcrumbs burn. I can taste it. And the lamb chop with 30% of meat. The rest just fat and bone. And steam vege? Especially cucumber. Seriously? Why font you just sauté that vege? Cauliflower, Carrott, and cucumber. Cucumber should take it out from the dish. And the mashed potato too dried. Add more milk la. Kedekut. The sauce too thick. Sauce is not a porridge. 3, dessert, its delicious, just wanna say something. Who the hell put carrott on vanilla ice cream? The management should provide the training class for your staff. Dont let your staff be uneducated about customer service and food service. Thats all. Come bacn to this horrible Felda Residence? Its a big no no. .
