  Stayed hear as our original hotel was not open and wow fantastic was welcomed in with open arms made to feel like family by the time we left! Room was spacious we was in the attic room lovely but low ceilings not good for anyone tall but me and hubby managed fine. Roses cooking was yummy and khans bar fab lots of choices. Thank you all we will be back

  Fantastic as always

  Have just returned from these great apartments after a 5 year break, they have been complete renovated this year and are more fantastic than ever! The pool was lovley and warm, but beware the tiles are very slippy on the steps entering the pool, sunloungers on a wide ledge actually in the water, lovely but do splash them with water before sitting on them as they get very hot in the sun, again the tiles are slippy around them but they are a fantastic addition to the pool, plenty of sunloungers and parasols round the pool area. Great bar area with good choice of drinks and cocktails all served with the usual cheek and banter from Kaan. Rose does lovely food at very reasonable prices, the whole family fatih, kaan, rose and the rest of the family are very welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel at ease. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need, the bed was comfy if a little hard for me but I slept well, air conditioning in every room is very welcome (included in the room price if booked directly with them) Its just a short flat walk into the main town and river, a few restaurants on the way in worth a try. Lots of stray cats this year, not so many dogs but a few who just want a fuss, if like us you are avid animal lovers, you will pass a pet shop opp sinian bar as you walk into town, please consider buying a sack of dog or cat food for the animal shelter and cat rescue, a 15kg sack costs just 9.00 pounds and he will deliver them to the shelter. The feel of the place and the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere of the place, is why, so many people return year after year, we have already booked to come back next June.

  The best family ran hotel in Dalyan

  Myself, my wife and baby daughter have stayed at Fatih Apart Hotel for two weeks and we cant say a single bad thing about it. We were met at the airport by a driver and had a clear sign with our name. The journey was very comfortable and quick. Once in the vehicle we were quickly given cold water bottles. Arrived at the hotel and were welcomed by Fatih and the rest of the staff who were working at the time. We felt extremely welcome right away. The hotel is a family business and they treat you extremely well and nothing is too much trouble for them. They want to help you with anything you need and do it wholeheartedly. We are staying in room 15 which is a two bedroom apartment, with shower room and living room with huge fridge freezer, dining room table, kitchen area, and large sofas. This room also has air con and a balcony over looking the pool. There is air con and a balcony in the master bedroom with double bed. Maybe king size to be exact. It has a large sliding wardrobe with the safe inside too. The air conditioning is amazing and keeps the apartment lovely and cool. Rooms are regularly cleaned and kept lovely with fresh bedding and bathroom towels. The whole hotel is very safe and secure with cctv and staff around most of the time. The staff here are the best we have ever come across. Fatih and his brother Kaan are usually around at the bar or nearby along with their brother in law. The bar is excellent and very nice to sit around especially in the evening. You can order food whenever you like and Rose does all the cooking who is Fatihs mother. She is the nicest person and cooks great food. She will make you anything you like even if its not on the menu. We usually had breakfast and lunch here and ate out in the town at night. The pool and pool area is stunning. Plenty of sunbeds which no one was reserving which was great. Not a cold pool at all. This hotel is fantastic and I really cant say anything bad about it. The family clearly love each other and enjoy working together. They work hard and long hours and will do anything for you. It is close to town, about 7 mins walk. Thank you Fatih and the rest of the family for the best time. You have made our holiday the best.

  Great to be back

  2nd year here and definitely not our last. Its all been said before but the hospitality and service from the lovely Coskun family will be very hard to find elsewhere. All guests are made to feel welcome and part of the family, from 1st timers to regulars and definitely no clicks here. Even Blondie the dog and Zeus the cat want to be friends. Easy to book direct with Fatih and he'll even sort the transfers. We made more new friends and enjoyed catching up with old ones, can't wait to do the same next year.

  13th Fantastic holiday

  Yet another amazing holiday with this beautiful family in their beautiful apart hotel . Such a great time, always made so welcome and we meet such great people. Thank you so much to Fatih and his wonderful family. Already booked for next year.
