Unfortunately the only hotel at Khouribga i believeBecause it is rated as a 5 stars hotel, with the quality of everything it offer, it deserve a terrible rating. I have been to many 2 stars hotel MUCH BETTER than this one that claim to be 5 stars. FOOD: The food is horrible... in some occasion its not even eatable ... disgusting....I still have chill when i think of my chicken sandwich i had 4 days ago... i wont be able to eat chicken for a few weeks...totally gross. Hard to believe they can put such poor quality of food with all the good product at the market and grocery around. ROOM: My room is of a good standard size, it come with a mini fridge, cable TV. The WIFI never worked for the two weeks i was there. It work most of the time in the lobby but for a 5 star hotel that claim to have WIFI in the room, PLEASE MAKE IT WORK. My bathroom is a mess, there is water leaking down the ceiling all day long. About one good size drop every 5 seconds. When i pointed that out to the staff, they said "ahh don't worry its normal, its the air conditioning unit above the ceiling"... I found it very funny and just didn't bother about it. I now have a plastic container catching the drop and i empty it at the end of the day. The breakfast: Couple of different kind of piece of bread with one cup of butter, two slice of unknown cheese, 1 piece of laughing cow cheese, one coffee with milk and sugar... i don't remember what else but if i don't remember it must be because its not a big deal. I tried it once on a Sunday as its the only day i don't work. After that it was the last time i had it. During the week i have to wake up very early for work and they don't serve it that early so i got to improvise with some stuff i purchase at the grocery. Well i got caught by the manager walking in with my grocery bag the other day and he wasn't happy about it saying we cannot bring anything from outside the hotel.. my answer to this is FINE I WONT BRING ANYTHING IF YOU TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO MAKE BASIC GOOD QUALITY FOOD AND SERVE BREAKFAST FOR 6 AM . Seriously their french fries are not even good... HOW CAN YOU MESS THAT UP IN A 5 STAR HOTEL ???...well how can you mess french fries period.... AT the end of the story... if we forget about the pool... this hotel is a 1 star perhaps 1 and a half star hotel...The professional photos you can see on tripadvisor are not what you will get when you come here.

Doesn't deserve its five starsI found nothing in the bathroom, no shampoo .. no towels (!!) and after we asked for them, they gave it to us like of it was for charity .. And it's very noisy at night. But if you have to stay in Khouribga, I guess that's your best option! Anyway, I'm very disappointed.

I don't seem to be in the same hotel as other reviewersI checked in and the reception was fast and effective. The room is clean, with soap, plugs and hot water. The wifi and aircon are working. Front of house and restaurant staff are friendly and efficient. There was some noise from the disco and aircon hum, and the restaurant was a little bleak. However my breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat and drink. Yes it is a little drab in places, with the outside needing repairs but I've no issues with inside.

EXCELLENT FOOD IN A HOTEL WHICH FALLS APARTThe dinner as well as the breakfast were excellent: something which cannot be said about the general condition of the hotel, where the furniture literally falls apart and which seems not to have been renovated since I stayed there approximately 1975 when it was operated under the brand name NOVOTEL. Nevertheless the hotel is acceptable fro a stay of only one night, but I would not like to stay for a longer period. It is unclear why the Golden Tulip chain ( the present operator) allows its brand name to be attached to this kind of operation.

It's not too badIt's a small town, nothing touristic, so I was grateful I could find a place to stay. It's definitely not even 3 stars, and not well maintained, my shower was cold, but it was clean, the food was good. It's OK for a short business trip.
