  Excelente servicio, personal genuinamente amable (aunque no todos hablan inglés). Buen desayuno. Wifi funciona bien. En febrero hay algo de nieve en el acceso, es posible que el taxi no pueda llegar. El parque está dentro del parque y los senderos empiezan a las puertas. Fantásticas excursiones. Las habitaciones están muy bien y limpias, con moqueta. Lástima que las duchas no tienen cortinas y cada ducha sea una pequeña inundación.

  Very good family hotel

  Nice family hotel at the end of the road. Beautiful view, fresh air and nice staff. The prices are normal and the rooms are cosy. The perfect place to start a small tour in Vitosha mountain. There are one cat and one dog that are very friendly and outgoing :)

  Quality Hotel on Mount Vitosha

  Quiet little place locked away on between the trees on mount vitosha. We enjoyed our stay; bed was quality, the room had all of your typical necessities. Accessing the hotel is actually quite easy even though it is out of the way from downtown Sofia. For the price and the view we highly recommend this place. Make sure to do a little grocery shopping before you head up for your stay as the restaurant does become expensive after a few nights stay.

  Secret hidden romantic Gem

  Wow came here from the UK wanted a nice romantic week away 1st time to Bulgaria so was a bit apprehensive and gosh we certainly got that peace, tranquility, and a haven , what we desired what we got was fab lovely spotlessly clean family owned and run Bulgarian hotel they have a fantastic chef who will cater for your individual needs tasty fresh produce of traditional Bulgariaian culture fantastic rooms very spacious crisp fresh Cotten bedding, clean fresh pillows, safe in room free of charge tea coffee in room lots of channels on tv plus room service free we even had a wrap around balcony terrace to smoke they gave us a free upgrade the view truly was priceless you can see all of Sophia minus the smog noise and bedlam cant wait to come back with my children Martin Grassi and Grandma are a inspiration to Bulgaria great country cant wait to come back forget your Hiltons and chain hotels if you really want to enjoy and see the true hospitality and genuinity of Bulgaria then dont miss this one

  Very nice hotel in a stunning mountain location but.....

  Now.... call me old fashioned but I do prefer my loo to be bolted to the floor! There is no doubt that this is a lovely hotel, set atop a picturesque wooded mountain, but lack of attentiveness and forethought do let it down. My partner and I stayed here for just a one night stopover on the way back to Sofia airport, with others of her family staying in a small suite next door to our double room. Good bits first, nice room, fair size flat TV (no English channels), comfortable bed, wet room with shower. We arrived with a requirement to print out our boarding passes (thanks to BA's very inconvenient restriction allowing printing of each separate flight within 24 hours of departure only). "Yes" we were told, "No problem", but it turned out to be a big problem and didn't happen.... so... no working printing facility for guests from our experience. Then to dinner.... which you would be inclined to eat at the hotel as otherwise you face a very narrow bendy steep road back to the villages on the outskirts of Sofia to find an alternative. Those of you who have been to Bulgaria before will already know that they have little or no concept of our rather regimented Starter... Main course... Dessert order, bringing all dishes ordered in utterly random order, but this Hotel managed to serve the first parts of the meal within ten minutes and one unfortunate member of our group had to wait 2 and a quarter hours for his main course.... despite my partner ordering exactly the same meal and she ate it over an hour before he even saw his plate! Another of us ordered a Red Bull, to be told it would be 30 minutes.... it arrived over an hour later! Breakfast the following morning was adequate (after a 15 minute wait to be noticed and our order taken), but accompanied only by either coffee (very small) or a herbal tea. "Juice?" we enquired... "No" was the reply. Note that the hotel does have a spa.... or will when it is finished. And my toilet really wasn't secured to the floor.... care required when sitting!
