  Best family ski week !!!

  We spent the last 4 nights at this wonderful hotel with our family. I must say that we had the most wonderful time, with these major points to contribute: - A very cordial and friendly staff that left us with the feeling as though we were at home. -Excellent location to ski. -A wonderful owner (Fabrizio) who made sure we received any important information necessary to make this trip comfortable for us and our family. -Clean rooms and facility. -An excellent kids club, that made our kids asking when they could go play. -Excellent menu for both adults and kids. -Great spa Need I say more.   Superb hotel and ski facilities

  Group of friends skiing in the area, great skiing by the way. Stayed here for a week, and hotel and staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Rooms were good, food superb, and local town has all you need. Great to unwind in hot tub or steam room after day skiing. Drying room for all the kit. Will certainly try to get back to this hotel next time.

  Great for families, not so great for singles/couples

  We recently stayed at the 'family hotel' in Pozza di Fassa. First, know that family means there are kids EVERYWHERE! Even with ear plugs we could hear the kids in the hall, next door and above us running around. At breakfast, it was like a daycare center with kids everywhere. Now, don't get me wrong -- I am not anti-kid. You should just know what you are getting into. If it is me, I would rather have a smaller, more quaint hotel. On a positive note, the staff is very accommodating including the front desk -- we met a nice lady who lived in NYC and knows all the great restaurants in town. So if you stay here, you know you will have a great dinner, but don't count on getting a wink of sleep unless you love children and all the NOISE they bring!

  Took me 6 month to come back and write this review but I just wanted to share our experience. This is an amazing hotel. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Kids soft play area and club keep kids entertained while adults can enjoy sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Very few days hotel does free happy hour in the downstairs lobby with wine and nibbles. Everyday upon return from the slopes there are sweet and sour snacks for all. There are a lot of slopes around to choose from. Few ski rental places around as well. We had a hire car so getting around was easy and straight forward. We loved this place and looking forward to go back again in Feb 2018.

  Best for families

  We stayed in Gran Baita trough Christmas and we were spoiled! Ive never seen a team working so hard to please guest. Everyone from the reception, waiter, cleaner, chef, babysitter, driver...Amazing team!!! Great food, great atmosphere, everyone very helpful. Not sure if suits for couples but perfect for families with kids or Bigger groups. Super kids area, wellness facilities, clean and tidy hotel, great food offer.
