  "Sad"

  The breakfast was really poor and the stairs and sometimes the room were smelling like piss. The room was cold and it was impossible to regulate the heat, and the beds were not really beds but kind of couches with " blankets" on top. Still don't know how many stars the hotel has.

  Fab ski hotel

  We stayed for three nights last weekend. Small friendly hotel with amazing location , can jump straight on four man lift outside. Rooms basic but just want you want when out skiing all day. Staff were very friendly too. Brilliant value for money

  Perfectly situated

  Perfectly situated right next to one of the ski lifts and only 150 meters from the real centre but enough distance so you dont get disturbed from nightlife. Staff really nice, caring and helpful. The rooms are simple but has most of what you need and in regards to what you pay it is really good. But the sheets just covered the bed and can not be tucked in, but who cares And we had nice view from the room.

  This is a lovely hotel. Basic, clean, cosy and serves its purpose. It is ideally located next to one of the ski chair lifts and the centre of the resort but far enough so your away from any noise. The breakfast is plentiful, nice and ideal before venturing out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Always willing give advice for places to go. Sara the manager was fantastic. She is a busy bee and made us feel at home. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Kids loved it!!

  This hotel was perfect for our family group of 8. We shared a two bedroom apartment, it was cosy, with 5 beds in one room and 3 in the other. Plenty of hot water, although one bathroom between 8 means showers in shifts! The breakfast included meats, cheeses, cereal, toast, eggs all ways, fruit, vegetables, yogurt, French toast and some traditional Bulgarian fare. It was varied and plentiful. The beds were a bit hard but after speaking to reception they added mattress toppers to our beds which helped us to sleep. In fact whenever we spoke to the reception team they were accommodating and super helpful, they even laundered some clothes for us. The hotel was warm and welcoming after a day on the slopes. You can ski in and out and there is a room for you to leave your equipment. There are also free sledges for the kids to use. It was brilliant value for money and for a two star hotel it surpassed our expectations. Would recommend this hotel, and will definitely look to stay here again.
