  excelente opcion!!

  excelente hotel para ir en familia o en pareja! tiene todo lo necesario para no tener que salir del hotel en caso de una nevada o frio intenso, pero de cualquier manera esta cerca de todo lo necesario. para ir al centro de ski te pasan a buscar así que con eso no hay problema!! el restaurant es excelente y para nada caro!! Buenas camas, las tradicionales de alemania-austria! Habitaciones amplias - lo necesario para quien va a esquiar y llega muy cansado. Buen baño. es necesario mencionar la atención del personal que es realmente muy buena!!! estan atentos ante cualquier necesidad y bien dispuestos a solucionar cualquier tipo de problemas!! Volvería sin dudarlo!

  Un hotel para recomendar

  Un muy buen hotel cerca de pistas de esqui. Recomendable todo muy limpio comida buenisima y gran variedad y el personal super amable. Tienen skibus que te lleva hasta las pistas de esqui. 100% recomendable

  Expected more then it was

  Room: spacious, clean. Good twin bed. Extra bed was way too soft. Nice bathroom with tub and walk in shower. Separate toilet. Hardly any wifi receiving possible. Hotel: large and clean. Bad wifi on every location. Lots of stairs, not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties. Friendly staff. Swimming pool: once you are on the right floor to enter the swimming pool, you're not there yet. Stairs up, stairs down, then up again and then there is the pool. They better call the area "stair cases zone" instead of "swimming pool". If they rebuild it and replace the many stair by real swimming pool (water), it would be an excellent hotel swimming pool. Now it is more like a fitness zone. Meals: I cannot understand the score cards on the food part of this hotel. From all Austrian hotels we visited the last few years, the food here was belongs to one of the worst we had. Breakfast is every day 100% the same. Coffee's from the self catering machine or from the kitchen (as black as it can be, not suited for consumption). Many things like cheese and sausages are laying in way to cold cooking machine without a cover. Due to that everything is dried out after some time. Due to the huge amount presented, it needs no additional filling, so people who come later (say after 8) find dried out left overs. Same in the evening for the salad buffet. Huge bowls with very small sliced vegetables are laying in the same cooling machines too long. After some time they turn color from green into brown. Nothing fresh and crispy anymore. Also the menu (choice out of 2 or 3 thing for every step in the menu) are prepared way too long in advance. One day we had a starter laying on a plate that was so cold, it looked like the starter was frozen. It tasted like nothing due to this temperature and was also dry as dessert sand. Only one evening out of 7 we had a reasonable menu. All other days our lunch somewhere in a restaurant on the mountains was way better and more fresh than in this hotel. Summary: nice room (were it gets its 4 stars from), all other things are (way) below 4 star level. Too expensive compared to the quality of food and services. Remark: the hotel suffers also from flies all over the place (room, restaurant, lobby). We understand that we are near nature, so it's difficult to have no insects at all. We therefore did not take this into account when selecting our score. I think there could be done more to reduce the amount of flies, since we did not see so many of them when we had lunch outside the hotel in the valley of on the mountain.

  Great food and great service and for us perfect location

  The hotel is based in Neustift Milders which is a 20 minute stroll from the main village of Neustift. The food and service were great and the location for us was perfect. We made full use of the Stubai super card that is available to all guests in the region which allows free use of the cable cars, buses (two bus stops in easy walking distance of the hotel) and train (both of which service Innsbruck) and through the hotel we also took advantage of their free courtesy bus. This was our first visit to the hotel and hope that it will not be our last.

  Fantastic hotel, very good service. A very comfortable spa area, especially in the new wing, exclusively for adults. Good cuisine - rich, varied breakfasts with prosecco, in the afternoon: soup, hot / cold snacks, cake, in the evening: dinner with a choice of dishes. Nice atmosphere ! Good location, we were without a car, the bus from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof stops 3 minutes away. But there were cons: for the first night we had a room facing the street and for us it was too noisy. We changed the room to one with a garden view, it was quiet and a wonderful view of the Alps. Well, unfortunately: smoking is forbidden in the hotel, but you can smoke on the balconies. In the next room there was a family where 2 people smoked cigarettes on the balcony all afternoons and evenings. As a result, instead of alpine air, we inhaled the stench of cigarettes. I think that hotel should take care of the comfort of all guests and smoking on balconies should be prohibited.
