  Unfortunately staying at this place as we speak,after the first ten minutes of my stay I found the shower didnt work so moved to another room to which Ive found this one doesnt either,mould in the bathrooms,walls are paper thin and every single door shakes the building every time it closes...at least I can watch tv right? WRONG! That doesnt work either Wouldnt waste your time with this place!

  How very disappointing! Poor communication from the start. Clearly times are difficult but we were not informed that due to COVID the hotel closed their bar & restaurant and would not be serving breakfast. On the first morning we went to collect a grab & go bag that served as a replacement for breakfast only to be told, sorry you didnt inform us of your choice, so no breakfast! No one informed us we needed to make a choice or indeed make enquires after any allergies never mind preferences! Day 2 collected breakfast after making a said choice, no notice taken of those choices other than a bacon roll that was fridge cold . Rooms not cleaned, bins not emptied, had to chase up for refreshments (milk & teabags) & toilet roll. A couple of staff however were really helpful making the best out of an uncomfortable situation. Would not go back to this hotel, although the area was a lovely base for seeing local sights.

  Our weekend couldnt be more comfortable

  We stayed in this hotel for a weekend in September. It's really well located, not far from Leamington town centre. I booked an executive room, looked like it was very recently renovated. Room was good in size and really clean. Unfortunately due to COVID housekeeping staff couldnt enter the room to clean it but on Saturday morning we called reception and they brought fresh towels and refreshments to us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for us. Very good COVID restrictions in place and plenty of hand sanitisers all around. Breakfast packed in a bag to go, I cant say a bad word about it, everything was fresh and tasty. I'd recommend Jephson to anyone, lovely place to stay at.

  Lovely stay

  Stayed at The Jephson for 2 nights for my birthday get away, the price is great for the hotel. Well decorated and furnished throughout, and very clean, although dated in some areas. I would say the front of the building needs an update. Staff were friendly, breakfast was great - and only £5 (although we werent a actual asked what we wanted to eat, a English breakfast just arrive to our table). Would visit again.

  BRILLIANT HOTEL AND LOCATION!!

  My boyfriend & I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary. We went during COVID & since the hotel werent particularly busy they upgraded our room for free to an Executive Suite. The stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, tidy & modern. There was free coffee/tea facilities with a kettle & the ensuite has a good & powerful shower. There was also complimentary shampoo, shower gel & soap. The hotel was a 10 min walk into the town centre. There was plenty of high street shops and restaurants. Especially in Regent Court and the small shopping called Royal Priors. My boyfriend & I decided to extend our stay by a day since we were having a good time & they gave us a good deal to stay in the same room. Even though we had to switch room because they were having people in to fix the boiler, there isnt anything to complain about. They even let us borrow a extension cable to us our fire stick to watch Netflix. I really cant understand why there are so many bad reviews. I dont have anything bad to say about this hotel.
