  Went there for one night with my wife. The staff were super friendly, the food was really good and given the circumstances it still felt really like we were at home. Very comfortable, very high quality and still great value for money. Were looking forward to going back

  Charme, excellent food and impeccable service

  The hotel, recently renewed with a very elegant touch, has also a superb spa, swimming pool and massages are really good. Excellent also the breakfast and dinners, which are served inside charming dining spaces. Service is highest standard

  Beautiful Room

  This is a lovely hotel. Our room (120) was huge, spotless and beautifully done with everything we needed for an overnight stay. It had partial views of the mountain but if you can afford it then upgrade as the view is stunning! If not then you can see it from the restaurant/breakfast room. We walked into Cortina (about 30 mins) for our meal so didnt try the restaurant but breakfast was excellent. They have a person to help you to buffet items as a COVID precaution. Our temperature was taken at check-in and when we entered the spa. Hand sanitiser was available. Service from everyone we encountered was lovely. The pool is one of the best indoor hotel pools Ive experienced. There were some good spa offers on but we didnt have time. Would recommend this hotel and return if I were in the area.

  Lovely location, great room, amazing food, careful on the package offers.

  This hotel is in a beautiful location just outside Cortina, highly recommended as town is just a 30 min walk (a really picturesque walk). It has been recently renovated, the room and bathroom were stunning (we stayed in a deluxe double). Some furniture positioning makes little sense, Eg. one cupboard can't be accessed as the minibar table is right in front of it and when opening the bathroom doors you struggle to pass by the bed. Some common areas such as corridors and lift have not been renovated and show some signs of age. The SPA area is beautiful and so is the pool, but it was closed due to COVID so cannot say much about it. One of the highlights is the restaurant. The service staff there is friendly and helpful. The sommelier is very knowledgable (great wine list too) and the chef super talented. Food was consistently outstanding (we ate there every night). Also a big thank you to the barman, he prepares great old fashioned. The family package we subscribed to was a little misleading. On the website, they state a price for families inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Over and above that they state that if you stay 6 nights you get one night for free. Once you sign up you get a nightly rate (which was already higher than the "starting from" rate on the website) and you correctly assume that the nightly rate will be charged on 5 nights (as the sixth is free). However, to my surprise, that rate (I found out at checkout) already took into consideration the free night in the calculation and hence will be applied to 6 nights. This then is not that great of a deal, especially because the reason I booked 6 nights (instead of the original 4) was that there was a free night. I am sure this is simply lost in translation but please change the way you present this offer and make sure that it is clearer to the customer. This misunderstanding was addressed to the manager who immediately credited the 6th night to my card. We had a wonderful stay in Cortina and aside from a few hiccups we really enjoyed our stay.
