  Excellent location!

  We come here once or twice a year because it perfectly matches all the criteria we have for a relaxing vacation: nature, food, rooms, spa - everything is there and high standard. Stuff and guests fit the spirit! We cant wait to be back!

  Wellness and hiking holidays in Valles - excellent place

  Rent a E- Bike an d discover Fanealp at the end of Valles Valley, it's marvelous. Hiking througth the "Altfassthal / Meransen Discover winery's in the Region, e.g. "Eisacktal- Kellerei" or Winhouse St.Michael - Eppan at Bolzen

  Beautiful hotel for a weekend getaway

  My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.From the excellent service, to the great food and amazing wellness center (jacuzzi, sauna etc) especially the outdoor mountain views. The hotel is located in a peaceful beautiful valley surrounded by nature and amazing views. The staff were very accommodating making sure they went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible.They even speak ENGLISH!! We highly suggest this hotel to everyone, we felt like we were in the comfort of our own home.

  not a four star hotel

  when we arrived the room was cold. They admitted lately tha the heating was not working properly and supplied a stufa. The area our room was into was the old one and to access the room from the spa we had to go through a cold hallway But for excellent breakfast the food was not up a four star hotel

  Dream days

  We had a great week, end of october, with sunshine and even some snow. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountains. The staff was unbelievable and we had lots of fun with them. The restaurant had different themes every night and the food was just awesome.
