  Nice hotel

  Nice and comfortable hotel for winter vacation with children. In front of the hotel is entrance to the skislopes as well as 2 slopes for children. Beautiful spa. The meal choice at the restaurant could be better for the price.

  We love to stay there every year

  We spend our winter holidays at the Falkensteiner Christallo for 6 years now and we really love it. The Hotel is very nice, the staff friendly and the rooms cosy and always clean. The service for kids is outstanding (Falky Land) and we already plan our next years ski week. Of course, the hotel is not the cheapest one, but it is worth the money.

  Perfect place for families

  Ideal for families, great facilities, well located just next to many outdoor activities and hiking trails. Very nice rooms (we stayed in the newer part). Great kids club! I definitely recommend this place.

  Unfortunately not what we expected (during Covid)

  The hotel was highly recommended to us by friends but we felt quite underwhelmed; maybe in normal circumstances we would have enjoyed it more. During Covid, the precautions taken by the hotel were -in our opinion- not sufficient. This pertains to the hotel restaurant (buffet area too small for the amount of guests, no masks etc) as well as the kids club (zero social distancing). The restaurant staff didn't seem to be very well trained nor did they look motivated or happy. Meal time should be enjoyable during a hotel stay and they certainly weren't. On the upside, the Spa area was beautiful and large and the rooms nice.

  everything was just perfect

  from the second we stepped foot in the hotel to the second we left everything was perfect. We travelled with two kids (3y, 1y) they enjoyed the kids club and loved the hotel. pools and spa is nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner was perfect. If there is one tiny thing negative, I would say that the variety at lunch was not huge, especcially for kids. other than that Everything perfect - we will come back and we will recommend this hotel to our friends!
