  Great place - but better not again in Corona times

  The ressort is just perfect for a short retreat. However, as a family with adult kids the offered activities are limited compared to what is offered for kids. Admittance for kids to SPA area three times a week seems to be exaggerated, especially as SPA rules are not consequently controled by stuff members. The most critical aspect of our trip was the fact that Corona hygiene measurements, which were published on the webside and explained upon check-in, were not consequently followed. There have been guests not wearing mouth-/nose-masks in the buffet area and stuff members have not taken this up in order to protect the 95% of the guests and themselves! This is really annoying and dangerous. If we have known this before we would never have spent our vacation there! It's a feeling like being cheated!

  Onetimes a Lifetime

  Terrible cleanliness in the restaurant, the offical parts and also in the rooms. Very sad and dangerous during the corona pandemie. Unmotivated personal in service, especially the chefs at the buffet. Horroable quality of food. Never ever!

  Great place to stay in the mountains withs kids

  We have been in this hotel for a few days with our kids in October. The kids really enjoyed and loved it. The hotel offers a lot of activities for kids of all age and the area is great for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. The meals were also very delicious and they varied the meal themes for the dinners each day (Austrian night, Greek night and so on). The best of all was the great and extremely friendly service. The only negative point to mention from my side is that we have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children and the suite was really lovely but it smelled extremely as if someone had smoked in the room before we have arrived. For a family suite with kids you are not expecting that the rooms smell that. But nevertheless we can definitely recommend this hotel for families and we will definitely come back.

  Nice Family Hotel

  Big Hotel located in a green area with a steep road to the entrance. There is good food and a very extensive kids playing room. Several activities for kids, a wonderful water-playground with slides, a baby-area seperated from the rest.

  Worst food in my life

  This could be a great hotel. The swimming pools are awesome. The facilities for kids are quite nice. The standard room we initially had wasn't very nice, quite dark and small, bathroom was horrible. We spent one night there and then I asked for upgrade. We got a new room for very minor surcharge, but the room was completely different level, much much better. The standard small room was simply overpriced. But the biggest disaster was the food. I am 40 years old, traveled half of the world, but never experienced so terrible hotel food. It was ranging from bland to absolutely disgusting.. We had full board and it was quite difficult to find something that was at least OK. It was also common to have leftovers from dinner being served for breakfast, etc. Despite having full board, we stopped going there and started attending a nearby restaurant, which is very nice, albeit expensive. I am never ever coming back to this hotel, the food quality was shocking and totally unacceptable.
