  Not good

  On booking the pictures looked good, the pictures lie. The room was about 10x10 with the tiniest bathroom ever, it said breakfast included was told on arrival oh sorry no hot breakfast just continental but wouldn't reccomend it. The pkts of milk for making a drink was out of date. So had to get some more. It had a knitted headboard. There was a couple of lads there think they was using it has a knocking shop. There was somebody kicking hell out the door very late and you could hear everything. 1 good thing about the room the bad away from the knitted headboard was quite comfy

  Excellent B&B

  We recently stayed here for 1 night, it clearly states on the website that breakfast is continental so there were no surprises, however for an extra £5 per person you can order the full English breakfast which was worth every penny. The room was very clean and the owners couldnt do enough to help. We would highly recommend this hotel. Karen and Martin Wells

  Rude and unprofessional

  I was extremely upset with how unprofessional and rude the staff members are over the phone repeatedly putting the phone down on me cancelling calls and laughing at me about my concerns when I was unable to exercise my right of free cancellation due to COVID. A manager was never available on sight to talk to. I will definitely be warning anyone who wants to stay here! I wouldnt give these any stars Ive only put 1 because I have to but they dont even deserve that!!!

  The Fairview is well worth the money. The rooms were clean and well presented and sanitised throughout. The hosts were very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Continental breakfast was excellent value. The location is very close to seafront but far enough away from the noise, which is important when bringing small children. Would definitely recommend.

  Great stay!

  We wanted to get the kids away for a night, found Fairview on booking.com fitted perfectly for our group (3 adults and 3 teenagers) we had the apartment at the very top of the building, 2 fair sized bedrooms and a very large bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were, how comfy the beds were, yes the decor is outdated but we weren't there to sit in our rooms. The owners were lovely, they explained everything when we got there to do with social distancing within the B&B. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning, there was plenty to go round. So difficult to find the right sleeping arrangements for us but it was perfect, will definitely be back
