  Mejor Hotel de Mecca, lo recomiendo, muy buena ubicación, servicio de primera, vista espectacular y precio de acuerdo a los hoteles de su categoría, la vista es única, el ambiente agradable y cuenta con una buena seguridad

  Poor check-in, Poor selection on breakfast, not somewhere I'd stay again

  I don't really like to complain but this hotel has a long way to go in providing a good service. 1. Check-in process is so slow, I actually couldn't believe I was asked for a hotel voucher in 2020 in 1995 yes but not in 2020! Other hotels in Makkah ask for name and assign your room but this hotel is still operating in the 90's. When it's not busy it takes nearly 7 min to get your room assigned and kep compared to 3 min at another popular hotel. There's not enough check-in staff either in comparison. 2. The selction on offer at Breakfast was surprising - For such a hotel to be providing tinned fuit left me in awe the overall selection meant that many days we did not have breakfast as there were better options outside. Again if i compare to another hotel who has a vast selection and fresh fruit available. 3. Security at M2 - Giggling at guests 1 guy even requested food to go through the scanner!! Seriously! An absolute joke from a Fairmont hotel. This branch should have the brand revoked for the service they offer. My first stay in this hotel was in 2004 and in 6 years nothing has changed. It is for these reasons I couldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't want to stay again.

  Clean hotel with good access and location. I would stay again - few points: the rooms are a little small - we had a triple/quad. there seems to be some kind of policy which restaurant you can visit when having breakfast - this felt discrimatory - there was an issue with the spa which dampened the stay. very little appreciation for accor silver/gold members.

  Fabulous

  Great hotel..gave us a surreal experience during our Umrah visit.Very clean and good food Good rooms.Most beautiful experience was the fantastic view of kahabah.It was a very spiritual feeling just waking up so close to the masjid.The kids loved the hotel and also its proximity to food,market was exceptional.

  Terrible Management

  I suggest you avoid dealing with this hotel. I booked a room in March, they deducted the first night from my credit card, a few days later the Saudi authorities closed their borders and stopped all Umrah travels. I requested a refund based on force majeur but they refused! It appears to them it is more important to keep this money than to risk losing their customers. Under no circumstances will I be staying at this hotel in the future unless my money is refunded.
