  Excellent in every aspect

  Courteous reception. Very comfortable room and a very quiet a/c. Clean bathroom, shower with handle bars. Excellent complimentary breakfast with a lot of choice of food including fruits. Nice pool, however the water was moderately cold. No restaurant for super. We needed a place to stop overnight on the road and this turned out to be an excellent choice.

  Very Nice and Clean

  I have stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns on business trips, and this one is one the best I have seen. Front desk staff was very courteous and acknowledged my titanium status. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical Fairfield, but it was plentiful and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel.

  Service is superior!

  Andrew, the Manager who greeted me at the front desk, was very kind and accommodating. This is definitely a family-friendly facility. I would absolutely recommend staying here to other families and friends.

  Front desk terrible. Over charge. Must need money bad

  Hotel staff had a chip on shoulder over service dog. They are extremely rude. I will never stay at another property in this group because they have untrained staff. The room was small and the pillows were like bricks.

  Problem with the Wifi

  I wanted to use a free night certificate as a Titanium Lifetime member but upon trying to check in, the hotel employee told me he couldn't do it and that I would have to go through Marriott directly. That seems odd to me that the front desk can't access my information but be that as it may, I went directly to Marriott and signed up for my room online and then 30 seconds later went back to the front desk to get my room. I got a nice room but I couldn't get on their wifi network. Called the front desk and Andrew (gentleman working the front desk) offered to try and help if I brought down my computer, so I did. He spent 10 minutes trying to get me online with no success. He did his best to help and I was very appreciative. I had to call their tech company (allbridge) that apparently handles these types of problems. Corbin, the fellow I spoke with on the phone was slightly unprofessional. He had very little patience with me and was constantly talking to someone in the background. When. I asked about the rooster crowing in the background as well (true story) he commented that he was working from home. He did, however, get me hooked up which I was grateful for. As for the room: I loved how they had two alcohol wipes next to each tv remote. This, I have never seen before and is yet another reflection of how Marriott is always above the curve, doing things that others aren't. One of the reasons why we love Marriott properties and continue our long relationship with them. The room was spacious, the bathroom well appointed with plenty of towels. I found the bed and pillows far below normal standards, however. I thought the bed was bumpy and no pillow was the least bit comfortable. The temperature controls seemed to work sporadically as well. I thought this place was definitely below what normal Marriott properties usually offer. It was only a one night stay so no big deal. Not sure I would stay here again.
