  GREAT customer service

  Room was very comfortable, beds were comfy. Lemon-infused water in the lobby. Corey was awesome - checked us in and was very cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Very nice after a long day of driving. Breakfast was okay, typical hotel breakfast, but it was free and fresh and well-stocked. The young lady at the desk when we checked out was super nice too and went to get a cup of ice for me for my drink to take on our drive so I didnt have to go back upstairs to find an ice machine. Fantastic customer service here. Highly recommend!

  Great staff!

  The staff is first rate! From the desk attendants to the breakfast staff and the housekeeping all did their jobs above expectations. I was a bus driver for a track team that stayed for 3 nights and every person I encountered went out of their way to make our stay great. I travel for a living and interact with many hotel employees and I would say this staff surpassed them all. Thank you for a great stay and I look forward to returning soon.

  Above and Beyond during the Pandemic

  I've stayed here various times in the past, I grew up in this area and visit at least annually. As a loyal Marriott member, I always seek out the Marriott property. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the staff here. When i call to book the reservation they recognize my name even though I haven't stayed in a while. The accommodations are always clean, the hotel is quiet, the gym equipment is well maintained. But it's the staff -- even in a pandemic when there is no hot breakfast and no housekeeping due to state restrictions, they make up for that with kindness and attentiveness.

  Excellent

  This hotel is beautiful, has spacious rooms and several electric car chargers, even Tesla chargers. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We arrived right at check in time and our room was readyeven got an upgrade. Bonus, its only a few minutes from the water park.

  Nice hotel, but managed like a ghetto

  Staying here on business. Very nice hotel, but will not likely return given poor management and oversight of staff and common areas. Not a place I would ever bring my family. Pros: Good location - near mall, restaurants, coffee , etc. Newer hotel, very comfortable, very modern and spacious shower in bathroom. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, new bed coverings. Pool, nice workout room, open lobby with printer and computer access. Cons: Front desk staff allow friends and acquaintances to loiter in lobby both nights and mornings. Dirty elevators, and staircases, Common areas not clean, which is shocking during COVID. Weird smoky smell in lobby during mornings. People allowed to congregate at end of halls and in staircases at night which gives off a creepy vibe.
