  Viaje de Negocios muy comodo!

  Me gusto mucho este hotel, ya que yo iba a visitar a un cliente y necesitaba una buena ubicacion de aeropuerto-hotel-trabajo y este se acoplo a la perfeccion sin dejar la elegancia y comodidad de un marriot en todo su explendor

  CA visit

  The hotel is located in a business area. You can walk to a Star Bucks or Flame Broil ( hamburgers). Not really happy with the location. It is located right by the highway. We were impressed with the front desk. When we had a problem with the air conditioning settings they corrected. They called back to make sure we were happy. We also called for extra towels and the front desk brought them up. They do not clean your room every day right now. They need to vacuum their halls. The air conditioner had a musty smell. The room was very clean. The stay there is average.

  Excellent!!!

  Clean, good location, good wifi, excellent service from the front desk, both Ricardo and a women I am sorry I didn't catch her name. Had a problem with the biz center computer and they bent over backwards to help me get done what I needed to do. They understand service and do their jobs well. Not sure how you could go wrong staying here. Thank you!!!

  Questionable Cleanliness

  Although we were provided with a document regarding covid-19 cleaning protocols. The cleanliness of this hotel during covid-19, caused concerns for me. The lobby was perfect, however, there was debris throughout the carpeted hallways (3rd floor). The housekeeping staff was on our floor cleaning rooms and did not to vacuum the carpet. There was one wash cloth in our room. My husband went to the front desk at 9:00am to pick up our grab & go breakfast bags and request a second wash cloth. The front desk staff informed him there were no more clean wash clothes, they would wash some and bring one up to us. On his way back to the room, he stopped at both housekeepers carts on our floor to check to see if they had wash clothes, both said no. I found a long strand of black hair on the bathroom counter, hair on the lid of the closed toilet, curly black hair in the sink and a piece of straight brown hair on the table in front of the sofa. There was a large stain of what appeared to be grape jelly and oatmeal on the curtains. There were no lightbulbs in the floor lamp and the bracket that secured one of hand rails in the shower was not attached to the wall. Thank goodness I brought my own disinfecting wipes and spray and my own sheets. I understand there may be less staff and less cleaning, three days or longer stays at this location, but this was unacceptable on so many levels. We have stayed at this location on more than one occasion, however, we will not return to this location.

  Excellent and accommodating

  I had an unfortunate situation with my apartment needing a major water repair, and I needed a place to live for about a month or so. From the first interaction with Ricardo at the front desk, when I explained the situation, while I was not a normal situation for this kind of hotel, they accommodated my needs for lodging. A few nights later, my fire alarm triggered and Ricardo again handled the situation very professionally. Also, Stephanie and Alex the night auditors were a major help as well making sure my room was moved and I was taken care of. Later on into the stay, I noticed that my billing was doing some strange things, so Andrea at the front desk assisted with that as well. All the staff I encountered were very helpful and hospitable. When I checked out, Andrea remembered who I was, and wished me well. Definitely would recommend this hotel and I plan to return if my travel needs take me back to Santa Ana
