  Awesome, clean, happy place

  Love the free, hot, tasty breakfast every morning. The options are fabulous and the coffee is bold and hot. Workout room is super. Clean and comfortable hotel in quiet suburb. Very happy with this hotel.

  Great location

  I loved that there were several places right next to this hotel to eat. Very easy on and off the freeway. The room was comfortable. The heating unit was loud. The breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. The usual but it was all very good and very clean! The front desk staff was very helpful and nice on check in and check out.

  Nice Hotel. (2d time guest, 7 nights)

  Pros: - Modern rooms - Big shower - Breakfast still okay during COVID. - Sheets smelled disinfected and clean Cons: - Rooms are smaller than average. - Room cleanliness. I spotted brown shower mold and asked housekeeping directly to address it. When I got back it was cleaner, but not clean. - Allows dogs and loud guests. Someone had a little dog (yapper) barking non-stop. Reported to front desk and they were gone couple hours later. I thought I had sumo wrestlers in the room above me. Im a light sleeper, so it woke me often with their thumping around all stay. So although quiet, you will hear through rooms/across hallways.

  Seriously ??

  We stayed at this location for 5 nights. Aug. 13-17th We get the whole Covid thing. We were fine with our clean towels being delivered in plastic bags at our door. But seriously, they could do a bit better with the breakfasts. they had a few things to grab and go. My husband wanted a banana, well the truck didnt deliver( for 5 days), oranges were yellow, no milk for kids to get cereal cups to go. What?? Our average night stay was $150. Unacceptable! I know their not hurting as a company, dont think its too hard to go to a store and get a few gallons of milk and some fresh fruit? something?? Forces families to eat at restaurants and buy expensive meals. May consider our hotel options if we come to WA. again in the future1

  Great attitude with last-minute accommodations!

  My family and I stayed at the DuPont Fairfield Inn & Suites for two nights. We found this hotel after having a terrible experience at the Holiday Express nearby and called the Fairfield Inn at 10 oclock at night, thankfully they had a room for us! Debbie (at late-night check-in) and Brandon (daytime) at the front desk were extremely helpful, professional and accommodating for our family of 5. The complimentary breakfast was very yummy with a nice selection of food & drinks, even my picky children really enjoyed the breakfast! The breakfast attendants were very helpful and friendly, offering my kids waffles. The Fairfield Inn was very clean and everyone including the guests wore masks. The entire staff had sunny dispositions, great mask and covid-cleaning discipline. During these covid times it was so nice to stay in a comfortable, safe place with great customer service! We can always count on the Marriott brand!
