  I will never go back to this place. Most employees don't wear face coverings. Entrance way dirty. Four ornamental vases out front. One full of cigarette butts, one full of weeds, two others empty. Milkshake had been dropped Saturday,and it was still smeard over the driveway this morning. Desk crew not friendly or helpful when asking for items that weren't in room. Elevator dirty on check-in and was the same this morning, Carpet in room was stained. Stayovers do not get service. You have to go to desk, wait in line to get towels etc.

  Dirty bathroom

  I stayed at the Fairfield in July this year while having a relaxing weekend at the dunes. I got in the shower to find that the precious gusted left there old dirty soap! Gross! this is in the middle of a busy. I let front desk know and he said well it should have been cleaned. Then when I asked if someone can come clean it he agreed but no one came....I called twice. Second its on commercial street so no view of anything but a self clean car wash and restaurant parking lot. The picture of the small soap is what was left from the previous guests....this was the first shower of our stay so obviously the larger new soap is mine. Just Nasty!

  Very good experience

  Here for one night and I know everyone has different expectations so will give some thoughts on different aspects. The good.... staff is friendly, new hotel and my three rooms were spotless, gym is nice and big for this class of hotel, many very good public areas to sit inside and outside. The "other". Due to Covid - no breakfast and i understand why, but have been to other places that give a to-go option of basic food... yogurt muffin banana etc. the other opinion is the pool (did not use) is very small. You cannot swim in it. Really a place for young kids to splash around only. Overall happy and would come back here again.

  This is what " extra cleaning" during covid looks like for over $200 a night. Pot smell throughout building. Still waiting for staff to clean. I would leave but hotels in surrounding area are full. Really disappointing.

  Avoid This Place at All Costs

  At $315 per night, you can do much better elsewhere. Many properties are modifying operations due to COVID, but this hotels refusal to provide any housekeeping or deliver towels to guests is ridiculous. Even worse, guests must bring dirty towels to the front desk to obtain clean ones. As if we are part of the housekeeping staff. If you are that worried about COVID then you shouldn't be open. How hard is it to leave clean towels in a bag by the door contactless? When I inquired about my complimentary water due to my status I was told we dont do that here Abhorrent. This hotel is a huge disappointment and definitely doesnt live up to the Marriott Bonvoy brand. The only exceptional thing about this property was the young African-American man who checked me out and escorted me back to my room to get a forgotten item. Trust me, stay somewhere else. You'll be really glad you did.
