  Wedding Party stay over

  This hotel lives up to the excellent standard of hotels . Our son was getting married nearby and we decided on the Fairfield Inn . We had stayed their twice before and were impressed by the Staff. We had contracted a Block of Rooms for our guests. We worked with Donna to coordinate everything . She was excellent . Everything was excellent. Rooms were great &clean. We requested Bacon for breakfast and they accommodated us.Since my son lives in the area . This will be my hotel of choice when we go up again. By the way there are so many stores and restaurants in the area within walking distance or short drive. Only problem was one of the workers was a Giants fan and We love the Patriots The staff went out of their way to accommodate all our needs and helped with extra details directions etc.

  Just OK

  Stayed here for 5 nights Dow work. Check in was great, staff were very friendly and efficient. Being just off the highway, my room was nice and quiet. Breakfast is the usual Fairfield fare and they try to change it up a bit each morning Workout room was nice and had everything I needed. I usually opt for no room service and when I needed it after a few days, pulled the card off the door and went to work. Got back that evening and was told the maids had gone for the day. Heres some towels...so sorry. My other beef is that I am platinum status and that usually comes with a room upgrade. They never offered or explained why I got the basic room? To many options nearby, so will stay elsewhere next week.

  Mi primera experiencia alojándome en este hotel fue en diciembre del 2018. Un hotel muy limpio, buena ubicación, cerca del centro comercial, tiendas, restaurantes, farmacia, gasolinera, autopista y mucho más. El desayuno muy variado, completo y bueno. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones bien equipadas, cómodas y limpias. Por la buena experiencia y sus desayunos regresé en marzo de 2020 y fue una experiencia igual de buena, tienen un A+

  One night stay, no problem requesting late checkout

  Traveling with my husband on business, I often need to stay at the hotel throughout the morning while he has a meeting. Had no problem here getting a late checkout so that I could get a late shower. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

  Zoom training delivery and room

  I needed a location to provide a remote Zoom training conference for several days. We need a smaller room with professional appearance that allowed me to walk and talk. We also need fast internet as videos would be streamed. I also wanted a room that would be quiet, rather than giving 8 hour classes with the usual noises found at home or similar area. Donna the sales manager helped me meet the needs. I had brought extra equipment as this was a new method of remote training. I was surprised to find a spacious room with virtually attached bathroom (no running down the hall), and large tv. The internet speed was very good at 10up and 9 via WiFi. They also have an Ethernet connection so I did not have to compete with others possibly on the WiFi. The 100 participants did not experience any lags and during live video broadcasts there was not an issue of my lips not matching voice, lol. The conference room came equipped with a small refrigerator stocked full of water, tables that I could rearrange, and that large screen TV. Are use the large screen television to monitor the chat screen and keep my PowerPoint and presenter view; therefore, I could roam and talk with my lapel mic like I do in the class. My hotel room, was the standard Fairfield Inn room, but smaller. The bed was comfortable and AC worked fine. There is a fridge, microwave, and K-cup coffeemaker in the room. A nice feature is the cost and clothing hook to hang your pressed jacket. All of the staff was terrific and friendly, especially the evening front desk. Housekeeping and maintenance were equally friendly. There was even an accommodating staff member who offered to help carry out all my supplies stacked by the back door on checking out! Two points that would have made the conference room better was comfortable chairs that reclined with wheels, rather than those uncomfortable conference chair and a better large table. But, who would think Zoom/GoToMeeting rooms would become a commodity! There is an abundance of places to eat with 3 minutes of the hotel by foot or vehicle. If you have food allergies or gluten-free, visit the 100Grill in the mall for probably the best gluten-free or other allergen free meal you have had.
