  Friendly Staff and Great Accommodations!

  From booking through our departure, Ashley and team provided exceptional and friendly service! Our large group of 10+ rooms were easily accommodated! The breakfast was a hit and so was the gathering space in the lobby! Facility was very new and clean! Good workout facility and a bunch a good restaurants and commercial establishments nearby. The pool and hot tub were also nice for the kids to enjoy! The maids are friendly and prompt and Hubert the robot concierge was fun to use. Would definitely consider staying here again when in the north San Diego and San Marcos area!

  Charged for smoking in room when i never smoked in the room !

  I arrived December 31st and checked into the hotel at which time i was charged 300.00 for a reservation that was 251.24. When i departed January 2nd all was fine. I returned home and checked my bank account and found they had charged me 551.24. I then called the hotel and inquired as to the extra charge to which i was told by the day manager that the extra fee was for smoking in the room, at which time i stated that I hadnt. His reply was we have non smoking signs everywhere. I asked how they determined i smoked in the room to which the rude manager Dallas dtated a manager smelled smoke. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 6 months and never had an issue ! Beware of scams at this hotel ! Dallas the manager was rude and talked over me everytime i tried to tell him that i never smoked. Wont ever stay at this scamming hotel again !

  Robot Room Delivery

  This was a newer Fairfield hotel with lots of free parking. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. The gym was well equipped with new cardio equipment and dumbbells. Nice motivational statement was posted on the wall. A filtered water dispenser was a very nice touch so I could refill my water bottle instead of having to buy more. Breakfast was quite standard but at least there was a lot of seats in the dining area. It was spacious and bright. I bumped into their room delivery robot twice as it made its delivery. I did not try it but thought it was pretty cool being able to successfully navigate the hotel and deliver its order to the room. This was a first for me. Checkin and out was nice and efficient with friendly staff. Will likely come back and stay here again.

  Best Experience I could have Imagined

  Fantastic service! Easy check-in check-out process! Clean rooms! Quite environment! Incredible amenities (hot tub, workout room, wifi, tv, robot delivery service), and delicious breakfast! The staff that greeted me were helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt like I was returning home, even though it was my first time staying there. On my out, I made a point to talk with the manager Dallas to explain to him how much I enjoyed my experience. He was professional, kind, and helpful. I would really like to come back to this hotel and highly recommend it!

  Wonderful Customer Service

  Shoutout to Ashley Manley in reservations; she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond with figuring out my room block information, and even added in some wonderful extra perks. I had so many questions and concerns that she kindly answered for me. I never felt like I was bothering her, which is crazy! If her customer service is any indication of what to expect on-site, we know we will be in good hands!
