  Wonderful staff, clean hotel and clean amenities.

  I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites from July 25, 2020 until August. 5, 2020. I was there due to a family member who was ill and in hospital. Staff were very accommodating, kind and very helpful during my entire stay. The pool and hot tub was kept very clean. Coffee and a bagged breakfast each morning was nice. My room was #200 with a king bed facing the parking lot in the back, which was very nice. I'd highly recommend getting a room to the back of the building, the main road in front of the hotel was being used as a drag racing strip on the weekends and my room was very quiet. I always felt safe and it was so nice to come back to the welcoming caring staff after spending hours in the hospital. I truly appreciated the wonderful staff who went above and beyond. This is a wonderful place to stay.

  Mediocre Stay

  We stayed here for 2 days in mid-week and checked in by Kiran with no issues. During check-in I asked about the current occupancy situation in this hotel and he indicated it was 80% vacancy. We had a pleasant stay the first night but a terrible stay on the second. The hotel had a customer stay above our room and was jumping and walking off and on all night. I wanted to call the front desk but was too tire and fell back asleep. When I finally called early dawn, the response I received from Joanne who answered the call was " You should of called us earlier". You would think that a reputable hotel like the Marriott would train their staff to stagger the rooms that the clients are staying in, especially with 80% vacancy. See parking lot photo to prove my point. Also, we ran out of Kleenex tissue after the first night and housekeeping did not replace with new box when they cleaned our room for the second stay. I hope that going forward, the staff will be better trained.

  Immaculate

  My wife and I spent one night at this property. Service was excellent, despite Covid restrictions. The room was spotless and the beds were terrific. My only question/concern is the lack of any hand rails in the bath/shower area. For seniors such as ourselves, the absence of handrails is a significant issue. I do hope it doesnt represent a lawsuit in waiting.

  Great Place to stay!

  We stayed here for one night in a king room. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. It is a hotel that clearly meets Marriott standard. The location was convenient and good parking. Would definitely stay here again!

  Excellent for relaxation

  We stayed here twice in one week, and received a lovely upgrade on our second stay. A lovely, quiet property. Excellent, friendly staff who were very helpful. Nice in house restaurant. Quiet and peaceful. We hope to stay again.
