  The room was semi clean. Pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer. Nothing special about our stay, but it was not as nice and clean as other Fairfields weve stayed in. Breakfast was what youd expect. Overall an average experience.

  Amazing Experience - great hotel

  Very personalized welcome and caring attendant at the check in! This made checking in really easy and fast, everything was well prepared and sorted before my arrival. I really felt appreciated. The room was well equipped, clean and very spacious. Given all the constraints resulting of the pandemic the breakfast was phenomenal. Lots of choices of warm and cold items, all in line with hygiene requirements. All staff wore a mask regardless, I felt safe during my whole stay.

  Leaves a lot to be desires

  This was the first time we have stayed at this location and we were very disappointed. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The young man working the desk didnt even realize I was a new customer and immediately had me swipe my credit card for another persons reservation. First he cursed and then he tried to reverse it but wasnt sure he actually had. Then when I asked him what else he needed he looked at me like I was insane. I told him I had just walked through the doors and he responded with, you arent with that other party? No, no I wasnt. Later we called down and asked for sheets for the pull out bed and the same young man had to call me back and ask me what size sheets I wanted. After an awkward pause I asked him if I needed to come get them from the front desk. He then responded with, oh Im not busy right now I guess I can bring them up. Beyond the customer service the beds are hard, the shower was dirty with mildew and the shower pressure was set to firehose. As for the complimentary breakfast I cant eat gluten and or dairy so there was nothing I could eat since everything offered was lottery bread or yogurt. We wont be returning to this location. There is a Hampton Inn across the road that we have stayed at before that is MUCH better.

  Pleasant Surprise

  We cut our trip to Colorado one night short and were looking to stay somewhere between Denver and Salt Lake City. Since we were at a Fairfield Inn in CO, we decided to choose the Fairfield Inn in Rawlins. The Fairfield Inn in CO was the reason why we cut our trip short (one star), so it was a risk to choose this property. The website displayed a newer, cleaner environment and we were not disappointed. Traveling is risky enough without having to worry about hotel protocol. We sanitize everything as soon as we check in, but still. The property is close to railroad tracks so we asked for a quiet room. During our stay, the trains did not run at night. Take a nice stroll into the quaint downtown and try the newly reopened Three Fiddlers restaurant.

  Very clean and well run

  We just had a very nice stay. Also the front desk explained the local dinner delivery service. The breakfast was fine for covid. Our room was larger than expected and quite nice. We would return. If you are going on to Jackson, fill up.
