  Solid Hotel!

  Stayed here one night during an October college visit. The hotel is well-located -- within a mile or two of pretty much everything in Plattsburgh -- including the state college. Our front desk person was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was actually pretty good for a Fairfield Inn. The room was clean and plenty big; parking was plentiful. Solid place overall.

  Modern and Clean, perfect for a weekend get away.

  Newer build, clean and modern. Good location close to shopping. Rooms are spacious and well stocked with amenities. Free breakfast was alright. Could have had a better variety of certain items. Wish there would have been 24 hr coffee in lobby like in most hotels in that area. Overall good accommodations for price.

  Great Location, good service

  Stayed here for one night on business. Fairly new hotel close to everything on route 3. Room was spacious and had everything you need. The devil is in the details and there were dust bunnies behind the sofa and crumbs on the coffee table left over from a previous guest. Bed was very comfortable. Not much you can do about other noisy guests who slam doors and keep the volume way up on the TV. I am a light sleeper and wish other people would be more considerate. Not the hotels fault...just wish there was more insulation. Staff were very friendly...breakfast was the usual fare. Easy in and out...I have stayed at other places around here and would consider this my first choice.

  Very clean, centrally located

  Good pool for the kids and nice hot tub for the adults. Great variety for breakfast. Very colorfully decorated. Clean and modern. Easy to get to. Close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for visiting SUNY Plattsburg. Friendly, helpful staff. Will absolutely stay again in the future.

  Excellet Service and Stay

  I stayed at this facility last week. I was in Room 410 and arrived on 8/12/2020. Admittedly I was there for one night but everything went well. This facility has been open since 2016 and it looks great. Some things won't apply as COVID-19 as required Marriott to operate on limited staff. My room was on a 4th floor and was very quiet. It had the regular amenities and was clean. The shower room was spacious and plenty of towels. There was a small problem with the cable boxes as the tv is new but the existing infrastructure is older. The manager came and helped with the room and explained they are waiting on gear but covid has put shipments of new equipment behind which is understandable. There isn't an industry that hasn't been affected by the virus. I didn't use the gym or pool area so I can't comment on that. The breakfast is limited due to covid concerns to just be aware. I would come back to this hotel as it is very convenient and near Rte 87. The hotel staff was great.
