  Dont stay here

  Waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at front desk for checkin at 5:40pm. Came back to my room on the 2nd day late in the evening to find my room had not been cleaned. When I talked to the manager the next morning he wanted to argue with me as to why wasnt done. The only reason I stayed there was because the Marriott I usually stay at was not available those nights. Will not be back to this Fairfield.

  Helpful Staff, Great Value

  The rate was very reasonable & it was conveniently off 680. The room was immaculate. We stayed twice on our trip between Denver and Madison, going to our daughter's wedding. I left a pouch with makeup and received an immediate email. Ms. Fink had kindly notified front desk staff, after cleaning the room, and Jeanne and Tyler were very responsive in sending it immediately to me-making life much easier for me. What woman wants to attend their daughter's wedding sans makeup? They also gave us a great dinner recommendation to Johnny's Italian Steak House.

  Excellent Wedding Weekend

  We had an excellent extended stay for our daughters wedding. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating of all of our specific needs. Whenever we had questions or needs, each person we interacted with was earnest, helpful, respectful, and effective at helping us at all hours of the day and night in a timely manner. The room and entire hotel was spotless and in very good repair the housekeeping service was excellent, attentive, and considerate. We loved our stay and will return!

  Nice stay

  The room was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. The man at the front desk on Tuesday was typically away from the desk. Had to wait several minutes to get help. The woman on Wednesday was attentive and friendly.

  Good Marriott-Type Value

  Considering the pandemic situation it would not be out of the question for something to be amiss with our reservation or room. However we had a smooth check-in (thanks Gerald), and a very clean room (4th floor). The linens and furnishings were in good order and since the building was very quiet we had a peaceful night. The senior rate through Bon Voy was $114.00 all in, pretty good rate. It is a pity that the breakfast is now a bag with over the counter snack type items, but the coffee was good. We tried to check-in via BonVoy but it required a 30-minute lead time, we will try that again earlier in the day on our next stay at a Fairfield. Over all a reasonable price with no issues.
