  Exceptional Customer Service

  I give 5 stars because Rae who assisted us at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. Always pleasant, engaged and service minded. We felt like the most important people in the hotel whenever we needed assistance.

  Warm welcome; spotless, updated room

  Even on a chilly off-season afternoon, Tanisha at the reception desk greeted us with such a warm welcome and efficient check-in that it set the tone for a lovely stay. She also upgraded us to a King Suite, which was very clean and seemed newly updated. We especially liked that there was no carpet in the room. With the boardwalk just a block or two away, we were well positioned for a refreshing stroll that ended with a beautiful sunset over the ocean. I don't know if this hotel is pricey in summer, but it was a great bargain in December and there were certainly no crowds!

  My Birthday Experience

  I had a pleasant night bringing in my birthday here! Tanisha at the desk made me feel very welcome and comfortable for my day. I have been to this hotel before and it is always a nice experience. Thanks so much!

  Great hotel near beach

  Stayed here during weekdays in November 2020 during COVID. Because of COVID and non peak season, there were not a lot of people at the hotel; therefore, we felt pretty safe and quiet for the stay. Not hot breakfast was offered due to COVID, and only cold items to-go breakfast bag can be picked at the lobby. The hotel is about two blocks from the beach, and its a great walking distance to watch sun rise and sunset everyday. Overall, its a great stay!

  Tanisha very welcoming

  I have a small history of visiting Fairfield Inn in Ocean City, MD and I remember one employee Tanisha from back in the summer. I remember checking in with her and noticing how kind she was in assisting me. Fast forward its now winter and I came back and so happened to check in with her again and even though she didnt remember me she was still so sweet and kind in taking care of me. Easy check in process, cool person to talk to, and very welcoming. Just by doing so she did me a solid and I much appreciate her kindness towards me and surely with others!
