Convenient locationVery convenient location. If you have your car, it is a mere 8 minute drive to downtown Nashville (Broadway, Music Row, Bridgestone Arena). About 20-25 minutes to the Opry. Also, free parking which is nice. Hotel also offers free wifi, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. Nice glass stand alone shower. When we arrived, our TV in our room crapped out, so they quickly transferred us to another room on the same floor since the AV guy had already departed. The staff was very nice and friendly. Free continental breakfast. Hotel is fairly brand new so it feels modern and up to date. A/C in the room works well and has a fan option. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Came down here for a trip to see the Saints vs Titans game. Hotel is about 10 minutes from Nissan stadium with good traffic. They offer a shuttle from the morning until 7pm M-Sat, but not on Sunday. I certainly would recommend this hotel. No qualms throughout our stay!

Close to Bicentennial Park; shuttle service limitedNightly rate was increased due to it being New Year's Eve. I picked this hotel because of free parking and the shuttle to Bicentennial Park. So did several others. Shuttle was booked until later on in the evening, but we did make it there in time for most of the concert. They should have more than one running on busy evenings. We walked back without incident. Short on staff the evening we were there. Walking distance to several fast food restaurants a plus. Beds weren't as comfortable as Quality Inn's near Memphis airport. Gym equipment was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of choices. No perks for standard members like free water.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GENERAL MANAGER AND ASSISTANTUpon checkin we were greeted by Kim. Kim was very pleasant (each time we saw her) and made great suggestions, since this was our first time in Nashville. When preparing for bed the 1st night we noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the beds. We called down front and was told we could switch rooms BUT the linens couldnt be changed til the morning...since it was late. We decided to not switch rooms and make due with the 1 bed...for the night. The next morning Marchell from housekeeping came in and changed out the linens and refreshed the room. Marshell was great she had amazing conversation and was extremely polite. Upon returning to the room on the 4th of July...THE TOILET HAD LEAKED ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. So of course we changed rooms at this point. We ensured that our late check out (previously requested) followed us to our new room...WE WERE TOLD IT DID. We remembered that we had left swim suits hanging to dry in the other room and asked Karyn to allow us to get them. Karyn told us the room was out of order. DUH...that's why we moved. We just want what we remembered we left. On the day of check out, house keeping knocked at approx 12:30pm. We told her we had the late check out. 30 seconds later the phone wrong and we were told by Jekia, that the late checkout couldnt be honored...because she didnt approve it. OK WHY DID YOU WAIT UNTIL AFTER REG CHECK OUT TIME TO INFORM US. We went down and spoke with Roni and Jekia, who told us that the late check out couldnt be honored...because we were on the Friends and Family rate. This was such an inconvenience. Because we were just starting to pack up and be prepared to leave at the (late) time we were given. Long story short we Jekia (Asst GM) & Roni (GM),came in on Monday morning and try to take over what accommodations were previously granted to us. After not being there the entire weekend or considering we dealt with bloody sheets, and a toilet that was shooting water all over the bathroom. It was ok for Jekia to have her child at work, but not for us to check out late. KIM, GABE, MAURICE & MARCHELL MADE THIS STAY BEARABLE. KARYN, JEKIA AND RONI MADE IT A HEADACHE.

Blood on the SheetsArrived late after driving for hours in the rain. We unpacked, got into our pajamas on and were ready for bed. When my wife pulled back the comforter she found blood on the sheets. We called the front desk and he was very apologetic and brought keys for the room next. So he was very good, but having to change rooms at 1 AM because there is blood on your sheets is just not acceptable.
