  Crappy Stay

  The hotel smells like sewage. We chose it because it was new. However its in a brownfield development and the sewer connections are not properly connected. It became horrific in the middle of the night. This problem was only exacerbated by the rude evening receptionist who refused our request for water even though my status entitles me to it. She said every hotel does it differently. This hotel is a toilet without water...thats different alright.

  Nice stay!

  I read other reviews that gave poor reviews of the property. Maybe the management took that seriously for our stay was delightful. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. They also had a full breakfast from eggs and sausage to fresh fruit, cereals, waffles and most anything you might want.Even housekeeping left a personal note saying that she hoped our room met our expections. *We had a nice stay for the weekend. We were very pleased!

  Totally different than prior Covid

  Welcoming front desk person & was masked. The place seemed extra sanitized from front door, to room, to pool area. The "grab & go" breakfast, however, was lacking. A can of apple juice, packaged muffin and a GREEN orange, doesn't cut it since the room price remained the same as with a full breakfast. Just so you know before you go. The hotel seemed almost to full capacity. That concerned us!

  No Covid-19 Precautions!

  We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting our daughter who is attended Tech. We were disappointed as soon as we walked into the lobby to see staff and guests without masks. If safety and cleanliness are important to you I would not choose this hotel. They did not mandate face masks for their staff nor did they enforce it with guests. In the common areas there were large gatherings where no one had masks on. I didnt see anyone wiping down common areas. There were clearly signs on the door, and at the desk but nothing was enforced. Although a hand sanitizing station was available in the lobby the rooms did not have sanitizing wipes as mentioned in the hotels policy on dealing with Covid-19. The walls in our room were filthy and there was hair in the shower. Mobile key function was not working.

  Excellent stay. Definitely recommend.

  This was a great stay. We called ahead because we are towing a 42 ft fifth wheel. They assured me they could accommodate parking the big rig. Checked in and the girl on duty instructed us to park in front of hotel under lights so our rig would be in view of security cameras. Later I was having difficulty using Door Dash to order supper. She took over and ordered our dinner. Super nice. The room was spotless clean with comfortable bed. The girl on duty when I checked out was very nice and helpful too. Only downer was some guest was apparently perturbed that we used up several parking spots, there were plenty of open spots, and left an unsigned nasty note on our windshield. Guess some just have to complain. Many thumbs up for this property. We will stay again.
