  Covid ready

  It seems that out of all the hotels we have stayed at since Covid began, the Marriott brand hotels are the best at making adjustments. The staff working the breakfast room were fast and made the transition to ordering seamless. Very nice workout room and pool were open, with restrictions. The hotel is in a nice section of the city. The only negatives were the beds arent very comfortable.

  Highly recommended, stay here!

  Stayed here for 1 night and booked 2 rooms. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Hotel is extremely clean and the rooms were perfect, can't fault it at all. Pool was clean and safe to use. Breakfast was delicious and hot. I highly recommend a stay here!!

  The hotel staff does not tell you about their ABSURD pre auth amount. $250 is demanded after you book the room, when you arrive for check in. They are slime balls in the respect that they wait until check in to throw this on you, and then tell you you cannot get your money back because you cant cancel within 24hrs. And when you ask to speak to a manager, you are basically told you are SOL, as there is no one there and although the can call a manager, they do not tell them anything about the issue you are having or let you talk to them to remedy it. This is an outrageous charge, and a greasy way to do business. Stay away from this establishment in Lethbridge.

  The BEST Check Inn and Decent Stay

  Best check in I have ever had at this hotel and I have stayed here lots, Colin recognized my titanium status, upgraded my room and was very pleasant making check inn seamless, this hotel NEVER normally upgrades me but he was on top of his game proactively asked about a late check out, free bottle of water, I really felt like a valued guest Room was clean as usual, the beds are not that comfortable but manageable. Coffee makers still in room, free hot breakfast available. Housekeeping upon request. I really feel that rather than use COVID-19 as a reason to reduce service as some Marriott's have this hotel instead exceeded my service expectations for a Fairfield Inn. Thank You!

  Typical Fairfield

  These are cookie cutter hotels but you know what you get and typically that is a good quality room ,so that is what we got here. The location was bland with a highway out front and no views of anything to speak of. There is a casino within a 5 minute walk place was clean and comfortable
