  Great Service

  The location and value are excellent. The staff was very good about enforcing the COVID policies in a very nice way. We felt very safe. The suite allowed us plenty of room to eat some meals in our room. The location is in the heart of the LaCrosse downtown so you can walk to many restaurants and activities. I accidentally left my phone charger in the room when we left but I contacted the front desk when I returned home and they offered to send it to me by mail. They certainly exceeded our expectations.

  Personable hotel clerk

  Room was spacious and very very clean with alcohol wipes. Actually got a felt a decent breakfast. Cereal, bananas, yogart, bagels oj, apple juice. Ive stayed at another Fairfield Hotel and they only gave you a bottle of water and a granola bar. Claire the hotel clerk went the extra mile with a smile. She was very friendly, patient nice to talk with, helpful with my questions, ect

  Always a great experience!

  I stay here whenever I am in town for work. My stay is always consistently great! The stay is always so friendly and helpful. Also, they are always cleaning and seem to being taking every precaution to make sure their guests feel safe during their stay! Cant say enough great things about this hotel! Also, the location is incredible, I love to run in the mornings before work and there are some great routes nearby and the only about 2 blocks from the river!

  Christmas getaway to visit rotary lights

  Great location. Near many restaurants and the nightlife. We walked to see the rotary lights Christmas show at riverside park which was very nice. There is plenty of parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and they did serve breakfast. No hot food but plenty of selections. For example, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc.

  EXCELLENT STAFF AND HOTEL!!

  Our family stayed there a week ago. We are from Las Vegas and wanted to go ice fishing. They hotel was minutes away from our great fishing spot. The hotel was pristine clean, the free breakfast was excellent, the rooms were beautiful, and I want to give a shout out to the General Manger, Monica Becca. She helped us with every detail to make our stay wonderful. She went above and beyond. Being from Las Vegas, I wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly for our family vacation and IT DID!! Being from Vegas, I know quality and I highly recommend this hotel.
