  Nice Clean Property

  We checked in on August 31 during a rainstorm. Fortunately we were able to unload under the canopy to stay dry. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice, friendly and efficient. He also gave us a great pizza recommendation and menu for Marcos pizza which delivers to the property. I came down later and requested an extra blanket and he went in the back and provided me a nice comforter. The AC is very efficient and quiet. Room was good size, quiet and clean. The bathroom was spacious, well laid out with a nice walk in shower. My wife got coffee from the lobby in the morning which she said was very good. They offer breakfast but we didnt try it. Located off I 40 this property is very convenient for a travelers stop. There are plenty of store and restaurants in immediate area which you can walk to if not raining. There is a Five Guys, a Texas Road House and Genghis Grill next door. The Marcos pizza was very good....loved the New York style...plus very fast and hot delivery. Would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent amenities (pool and exercise)

  Room was clean and quiet. The shower was very large. My favorite area was the pool and exercise room. The equipment was clean and in great shape with a wide variety of equipment. The pool was warm and inviting. excellent for exercise or just relaxing.

  Quick overnight

  Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Air conditioning operated well. Bed was comfortable and sheets soft. They went all out with small hand wipes and wrapped remote control for COVID protection, which was much appreciated. Great stop for a nights rest just East of Memphis.

  Very nice!

  Stayed in this hotel on the way to Smoky Mountains. Very nicely updated, modern looking design. Rooms were very clean and all breakfast items were individually wrapped as COVID-19 pandemic precaution. Shower was wonderful and beds were very comfortable. Pullout mattress in the king suite was very clean. Also, Id like to compliment the staff there. All the handicap parking spots were full and the front desk employee offered us to park alongside the curb for the evening since we had two handicap people with us.

  Avery detail was excellent

  The room was clean, bed very comfortable, roomy, very nicely set up. The staff was exceptional--really helpful and courteous. Due to Covid the breakfast was listed as Grab and Go but it was a far cry from the typical bag breakfast at the last place we stayed. They had coffee, hot chocolate, three kinds of juice, waffles, muffins, large servings of cereal, three kinds of instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, protein bars, yogurt, and more. Each item was individually wrapped.. The exercise room was a great way to loosen up after spending 10 hours in the car. It was clean and well maintained as well.Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
