  Hotel book with sister in-law Jackie Pirone

  Its our first time to stay in this hotel and my sister in-law who book for us . And we stay in family suites room. The room very big and two tv which is good , my son got his own . The room is very clean and were glad they clean everyday. They got heated pool, exercises room and plenty of basic food for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and the housekeeping worker had good attitude. Overall the facility is very clean.

  Great Stay

  I look for three things in a hotel stay: cleanliness, comfort, and service. This place still has the new hotel look. Clean and modern. The room was very comfortable. I typically don't sleep well in a hotel, this night I slept awesome. It is quiet as well. Lastly, the service was good. Highly recommend. Location is great.

  Nice Hotel

  We stayed at this property for 1 night. The hotel is clean. Nicely decorated, as with all Fairfield Inn ans Suites. Seems like it may be new. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was very quiet. Not sure if there were not many people there, but it was super quiet. We only grabbed a bagel at the breakfast so I can't really comment on it. Just a one complaint: Elevator carpet was badly in need of vacuuming and it smelled really weird! (Did not impact our stay)

  Slept Great 3 of 4 Nights

  I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting with family in the area. The hotel was very clean, smelled new, was modern with friendly employees. The room was large with a king bed in one room and a side area with a couch with second TV. The bed was very comfortable. My stay began on Tuesday night and ended on Saturday morning. Tuesday through Thursday nights were very pleasant and quiet. I slept great those first 3 nights. My Friday nights slumber was interrupted until about 11 pm with kids from a soccer team running up and down the hallways, yelling and slamming doors. I spoke to the front desk twice and they did the best they could to cure the issue. I raised 4 kids of my own and taught all of them to whisper in hotels, remain quiet and softly close doors out of courtesy to other guests. I would say, many parents forget to teach this lesson. In conclusion, if you stay during the week and wish to sleep well, this is a perfect hotel. The weekend nights could however, interrupt sleep. Honestly though, the hotel is not to blame. I loved the hotel and would stay here again.

  Very Nice Front Desk Night Staff. Thank you for your smile and excellent hospitality.

  The Front Desk staff member was awesome. After the JW Marriott downtown oversold our room and at 12:30 am we were told our guaranteed room was sold to someone else and oh by the way you have to go 30-40 minutes away to a Fairfield Inn, Imagine our shock after the airline lost our luggage. Well, The room was what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn, after getting walked by the JW, at least the front desk staff member made us fell welcome and invited. No Thanks to the JW Marriott downtown. BOO to them.
