  Great service

  This was one of the best hotel stays,we've had. The front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff that we encountered were courteous and diligent. The room was clean and the breakfast was marvellous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean place to stay,and great staff.

  Functional & Clean

  On the first night of a three night business trip the Fairfield Inn was clean and met the needs for an overnight. The bed and room was comfortable. The deal breaker was the hotel figured out the importance of a functional desk area, but especially a comfortable chair. The hotel reservation was set up for me, and normally this would not be a primary consideration, but the hotel was worth the stay.

  AMAZING staff

  We were in Houston for a conference with our children. We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the location. I was impressed with Marcus at check in and the fact that he was knowledgeable and professional. THe breakfast ladies were amazing at helping us out with food that had run out and even bringing us extra napkins, did I mention we had our kids. Charnetta was wonderful the next morning and did amazing working around a broken front door. John was working when we checked out and was wonderful helping us sort out the payment information and who and what. We will definitely be staying there next year for Conference!! Thanks to the ENTIRE staff that worked that weekend for an amazing stay.

  My dad and i recently stay at this location it was my dad first visit to Houston for a medical issue everything was great the front desk lady by the name of Sonja was very friendly made us feel right at home upon checking in out room we noticed that housekeeping didnt leave any bags for the ice buckets not only did she bring us a bag she filled it with ice and apologized for the inconvenience also we meet a housekeeper not sure how to spell her name Collite was she was very kind and did a amazing job cleaning our room i will recommend this place very clean breakfast was great the even the breakfast host was very kind.

  Ok Ok Hotel

  An older setup, as one can see that the furnishing is dated. The breakfast is very average. Not many options. Check in was quick. Got to use the laundry facility, which was clean and quick. Ample parking and close to lots of restaurants. Good for 1 night stay.
