  siempre amables y sonrientes todos los empleados, en la recepcion la srita. sandra nos recibio muy bien , el desayuno estuvo muy bien atendido y alegre por la Srita. Nancy y el gerente siempre al pendiente de sus empleados , que nos dieran todo buen trato y asi fue. una estancia muy agradable

  Good for a night or two.

  This hotel seems a lot nicer than any of the others close by. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. The highway is right beside the hotel but I couldn't hear it very much so it wasn't bothersome. The only real issue I had was that I was unable to connect to the wifi. Aside from that, the area really isn't all that safe and is definitely not somewhere you want to walk around at night. I used Uber Eats to get dinner delivered instead.

  Meeting in Channelview

  The front desk clerk was courteous. Because of our mobility problem, i requested a room near the elevator and the first clerk gave us a room as far from the elevator as one could get. I went back to the front desk and informed them that this distance was not satisfactory. A different clerk found another room, same type and on the same floor that was near the elevator.

  Almost good

  We been here more than 13 days on my husband name Jake Johnson the place smells delicious we love it The people on the front desk was super nice except the lady on the night since the first day she was some kind of rude, we change room 3 times because the first one the restroom has mold in the bathtub, the 2nd time because we make another check in thats was ok for us and the last room was pretty good size with 2 tv and small leaving room area so until that was perfect ... the things came later when we asked for extra towels and they say they dont have ... what ? How this can happens in a big hotel???? Then no soap maam!!!!!! Was unbelievable... the quality of the toilet paper was horrible a sheet can clean you better... another day the same about no small towel and I just laughed and the guy told me sorry we dont have housekeeper to can wash it he even told me if you dont trust me I go to take a picture of the laundry room and show you how somebody will tell you that??????????? As guess is no my business Another thing was that the dont clean the room good no even 1 time because was a little bit of roaches and my son found a whisky bottle under the bed then the last day when I backed to the hotel in the night and when I opened the door my room was no clean so i told the front desk guy and he told me Im so sorry we didnt had housekeeper at time because she leave at 11am I was just upset and asked him for towels and trash bags so I went and I cleaned the room myself. And once again people was really nice and everything was good just the points i wrote down.

  Don't overlook this jewel of a place!!!!!!

  Found this Fairfield Inn by accident when planning a work trip to the area nearby. I was so glad I found it -- easy access off of I-10 and love the Card Access gated parking. The staff was awesome. House keeping all the way to the front desk staff. I do hope that Corporate realizes the Rock Stars they have working at this location. I have placed this location on our company list of approved locations to stay when in the area. Facilities are some of the cleanest and well kept I've seen. Towels were soft just like at home and the bed was awesome -- I normally dread staying at motels because of the mattresses. Will be back.
