  Excellent Staff

  The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They are as follows: Nicole, Lori (Managers); Ilene, Lindsay (Front Desk; and Tonya (Kitchen Staff). I guess that I was just the unlucky guest to get the worse 2 rooms in the hotel. I started out on the 3rd floor, but discovered that the room that I was in had a coverlet that was stained with I don't want to know what. I gave the stained coverlet to the maid. I sprayed the bed with Lysol before I went to sleep that night. I tried to get some sleep, but the person in the room above mine must have had trouble sleeping. In the morning, I requested a room on the top floor which is what I had requested in my reservation. The second room on the top floor had a phone that did not work. I told the desk clerk who had someone look into the problem. They were not able to fix the issue. I was there for 2 weeks. I am thankful that I had my cell phone.

  Potential to be Better

  A three night recent stay on business at this relatively new hotel. The hotel has potential to be better. For example, there was spotty coffee and tea service in the evening. The first night I was there had hot water for tea that was room temperature (the second night had water barely warmer - by the third night I had given up). One of the coffee containers was empty. There is a microwave present to heat the water but it shouldn't be necessary. The hotel isn't paying attention to this perk in the evening. Mornings were fine. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Rooms were reasonably clean. A decent place to stay that could be better with some extra effort.

  Great property, Superb Staff!!

  My husband and I travel weekly for business, so I can honestly say we are familiar with many many hotels from Greenville NC to Columbia SC! (RDU and GSO areas, Fayetteville, Greenville, etc). I must say that we were truly delighted and impressed with our first visit to Fairfield Inn and Suites Greenville NC. The hotel is clean, up-to-date, and well-managed at a good price, which is great, but the SERVICE was outstanding. Special thanks to Francesca (see! I DID write down your name!!) at the front desk for helping me update my Marriott Bonvoy and also to Wanda and the rest of the housekeeping staff for cleanliness AND awesome attitude!! It really does make a difference! We were there the first week of January, 2020

  Slept like a baby

  This is the most cleanest hotel Ive been to and I truly enjoyed the hospitality. The front desk manager was kind enough to explain about the amenities, services, and local restaurants to check out. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The breakfast was also included and they were great. There are several options for everyone to choose and I would definitely come back to book at the same hotel again.

  Solid stay

  Convenient to the hospital and downtown, clean modern amenities, comfortable room and generous breakfast area. Front desk was friendly helpful and COVID compliant. Was good to check in, even late in the night. Internet and work desk were useful, would stay here again.
