  Clean and Comfortable

  We were impressed with the Covid-friendly staff, clean rooms and location of this hotel. Our King room was large and laid out nicely. It has the usual fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Big walk-in shower with soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers on the wall. The A/C controls were a themostat on the wall. It was a quiet unit. Coffee is poured by staff, breakfast is a grab and go, but the choices were nice - bagels to breakfast sandwiches. We would stay here again.

  Great Place

  We stayed here one night during a trip in the area and loved this place. Arrived about 4:30 and staff was cleaning hallways and areas and seemed happy doing it. Pretty spotless place. We did have a king suite which was huge and very nicely done. We got a bigger room since we anticipated eating in our room. They had great sliding tables and more than enough room on the huge couch. It felt somewhat luxurious after some months of hibernation. One of the Staff, Mirika (I think), solved a small issue for us within minutes. Thanks. We slept great, very comfortable accommodations with lots of pillows. Breakfast was good for these times with a large choice of breakfast sandwiches or bagels in their grab and go bags. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt and juice were also available from one of the staff that was serving some pretty good coffee. Will look here first when in area.

  Great Weekend Getaway

  Clean, friendly, and new! What else can I say? Nothing to complain about! We will be back! Amber, Travis, Wendy, and Brenda were all super friendly and accommodating! We even enjoyed the little pool and hot tub. Very kid friendly hotel.

  Delightful!

  We celebrated an anniversary there, and we were treated with special touches we won't forget. The inn seems almost new, is extraordinarily clean, and there are lots of details we appreciated that were a cut above comparable hotels. The grab and go breakfast was well done given what restrictions places must follow related to the virus. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. We will return!

  New Years Eve Stay

  The room, hotel, the amenities, and staff were top notch. This is a newer hotel at a great location and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and happy to assist with our requests. Great access to everything in the area from this hotel. We will definitely be back at the Fairfield for our next visit to the Gaylord area.
