  Very nice hotel

  We've stayed here often and are always pleased with the room, staff, breakfast offerings, parking. The location is perfect since we have relatives close by. Rooms are excellent - we always try to get the suite since it provides more room to relax after a busy day.

  63 and breezy

  Woke up in the morning when I got to cold to sleep anymore. The room temperature was 63, the heating/cooling unit was blasting out cold air (in February) and the thermostat screen read "System off - heat pump failure." Other than that, it was a fairly standard Fairfield Inn with a couple of exceptions. This one seemed not to have much attention to detail in its construction. The shower/tub spout moving back and forth about 1/2 inch from the wall when actuating the shower. It's also not particularly visible for someone arriving in Fremont from the north. Staff and breakfast were OK. I wouldn't stay here again. This was the first night of a 17 day trip in which we stayed in 11 different venues, most 2 and 3 star places. I'd rank this 11th of 11.

  Great Clean place to stay!

  We stayed here during Covid and they were very good about keeping things clean and following all guidelines. Breakfast was still offered every morning just a little differently. We have a 13 year old with cancer and in a wheel chair. We needed a handicapped room and they were able to get us one but the tub was not a walk in, in was a regular tub. They went above and beyond to find a shower chair for my daughter and then brought a special snack and drink for all 3 of our kids with a nice card for our trouble. Thats amazing customer service! Everyone at the front desk always greeted us coming and going, they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. As a bonus there are lots of food, coffee and shopping places within walking distance to this hotel!!!

  Covid-19 not enforced

  I travel for work and stay mostly in Marriott properties. In most cases I have been impressed with care during Covid. Making sure touch points are cleaned, etc. I was very disappointed in seeing the very laid-back approach at this facility. While working in common area, I watched many people coming and going not wearing masks even though signs say required. For me, its not an option. I work in hospitals. One person even asked, Im not staying here but may I use the restroom? No mask and manager said ok. I think he should have at least ask him to wear a mask. Several guest came and went with manager greeting them. Still not asking about masks. I saw several men in construction vests walking around without masks. If you are uncomfortable in environments where Covid-19 is not enforced, you may want to stay elsewhere.

  Nice place

  I stayed here on an unexpected overnight stay outside of Omaha. Was hoping by the brand that it was a nice place, and I was not disappointed. Checked in late on a sunday night and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and social distanced with a mask on. Checked me in and i was in my room in 5 minutes. The room was nice, smelled great, had a huge walk in shower and was clean. I couldn't ask for more. The next morning, the manager checked me out and offered me breakfast. After a muffin/yogurt, I was on my way to the airport. I don't know that I will ever be back in Fremont, NE, but if I do, I will stay here again. very nice place.
