Class reunionNice hotel. Convenient location. We were attending a class reunion. Breakfast very good. Standard fare, but good. Had a king suite. Bathroom extremely small. Had an issue when checked in room. Found glass chards on bathroom floor. Notified desk and they had housekeeping come up immediately. Entire staff very friendly and courteous. Ok value for the price.

Amazing!We had a last minute hiccup and choose this hotel. Everything was wonderful! Rooms were extremely clean and cozy. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and rented two rooms and have no complaints! The staff was extremely accommodating and if it werent for Alex, Im not sure what we would have done. Very family friendly and they will do whatever they can to help. They took the stress and worry from us and we are forever grateful. This is a great location, very close to shopping of every type. I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn!

Dirty during pandemicWe got to our room and it was filthy. The bedside tables were sticky and something had been spilled and not cleaned up. The refrigerator has had hair and cheese in it and in the living room area of the studio room there was sand on every table/counter surface. There were no garbage bags in any of the trash cans. It was clear to me that whoever cleaned this room did nothing other than make the bed and it would make me wonder if they even changed the sheets honestly. We were quickly moved and person at the front desk was helpful but my confidence with Marriott and their attention to my safety during this pandemic is greatly shaken. I stay at Marriott properties most of the time when we travel because of their standard of quality. We travel a lot for our childrens sports and that was disappointing when sanitation should be off the upmost importance. If surfaces werent even wiped down then they definitely are not sanitizing.

Could not have more friendlier staffKaitlyn at the front desk is amazing she is this hotels Shining Star. She is more than helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure her patrons are taken care of. I believe the next time I see her she'll be in Management's somewhere. Alex the hotel manager is also making sure everything is done right at this hotel. The room was super clean and all the amenities where in their place.

Somewhat disappointing on this occasionWe have stayed before at this particular Marriott facility while traveling to Florida from our home in Michigan. On this visit it was somewhat disappointing, although I suspect that this was largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were offered a complimentary upgrade because of my Marriott Rewards Elite status. However, the upgraded suite did not have the bed made up at 6:00 pm. The next upgraded suite had a defective heater. Finally, we settled in a standard suite. Bedding was up to Marriott standards.
