  Need a few changes.

  I stay at this hotel a few times a year and I have to say I love the property. I love seeing and chatting with Christian. Christian is extremely professional, nice and helpful. I wish every hotel had a Christian. Im upset for two reasons during this visit. One, the outside lights in the parking lot didnt work and that is a true safety hazard. My second issue is there is a smell that I deal with every time I visit. I smell it in the lobby and in my room. Its in between a smoke smell and bad deodorizer. Last time I had to go home and wash all my clothes immediately. It definitely lingers. I hope you can fix the issues immediately.

  Agree with reviewer Stef W concerning the smoke smell.

  Two nights stay at Thanksgiving while visiting our relatives. Friendly staff at the front desk. We stayed in room 211 that is above the pool area. We agree with the previous reviewer "Stef W" concerning the smell when you walk into the lobby & the room. We had to wash all of our unused clothes that we kept in the suitcase because of the odor. It seemed like a combination of tobacco smoke smell and the cleaning agent used to cover up. At least we kept out hanging clothes hung up in our vehicle so they didn't have the smell on them. Some guests were a little rowdy on Friday night around 10-11pm. There was a lot of running & stomping coming from the room upstairs. We used a white noise app to try & drown it out. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel either morning. We have stayed here several times & this isn't the first time that we we have experienced the smokey smell here. We plan on trying one of Dublin's Bed & Breakfast next time we visit.

  Awesome Front Desk Staff

  Grounds were clean! Room immaculate! Young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and efficient! So happy I drove out of my way to stay at this hotel! I wish I could remember the young ladys name so she could be recognized for her superior customer service skills! Best free breakfast in any hotel that I have stay, hostess was very nice!

  Quiet. Clean. Modern

  This property is my favorite hotel in Dublin. Very close to the Interstate, gas and quality restaurants. Ample, well lit parking. Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are modern, well appointed and quiet.

  Smoke smell still there

  I saw another review regarding the smoke smell and I can say that it is still there in September 2020. It hits you strongest in the lobby but you start to notice it in the rooms after a little bit. Hotel has good location off Interstate 16 and is quite modern. The elevators were fast. Rooms were standard Fairfield Inn. The bathroom was clean but a bit small. Shower had nice pressure. The bed was awful. While the mattress was okay, the blankets and sheets were quite itchy and not pleasant to sleep with. The pillows were too plushwhen I put my head down on it, the stuffing dispersed to the edges of the pillow. The lights from the parking lot were bright enough to shine under the blackout curtains which was annoying. I appreciated the free breakfast but the coffee tasted so bad it was undrinkable. Overall a solid, but very basic choice.
