  Great stay and AWESOME STAFF!

  We decided to take a mini vaca before school started......very clean and the staff (Candice AND Lynn) were beyond friendly and helpful! Shout out to them! No complaints and well be back!!! Quick grab and go breakfast due to Covid, but hey still better than nothing.

  Definitely do again!

  This Fairfield is a relatively new hotel and a great value. Staff is very friendly and we were given a free upgrade which gave us a couch and sitting area. Always stay at Marriott when possible and have stayed at all levels. This was one of the nicest Fairfields and it was very clean with Covid rules in place. Like the area it is in as there are a few places walkable to eat or grab a cup of coffee. Fairfields Usually include a bigger breakfast but due Covid more of a grab and go selection but appreciated the effort. Nice little pond behind the hotel with a walking path. Was a little jealous for the outdoor couches and chairs at the Hyatt next store (hint hint)! One suggestion would be to have a walkway that connects to the sidewalk in front of the hotel. When I walked to Starbucks I had to cross the grass and hill to get to hotel or walk on street that leads into parking lot where there was no sidewalk. It was fine but could be helpful to make it easier to connect to the walkways already in place. All in all will be here again when we visit our son. Next time I will be shopping at the outlet mall next door.

  Great place - clean, friendly and great wifi!!

  We stayed one night on our way west. Very clean and obeying Covid protocols. Friendly front desk and very very comfortable room. Convenient to I80 with restaurants nearby. Dont hesitate to book - well be staying here again.

  Completely ignoring Marriott's COVID-19 protocols

  My wife and I stayed here on return leg during a road trip. The hotel itself is nice enough. However, there were roughly 40 people partying it up maskless in the lobby when we arrived. An hour or two later, I went to the front desk to complain and their response was that there was nothing they could do about it even though wearing masks is a global mandate from the Marriott CEO. The staff simply did not care that more than a handful of guests were pretending COVID did not exist in a surging state. I also was not greeted as a Titanium member and the manager has yet to respond to the case that I opened with regards to ignoring the CEO's mask mandate.

  Great service

  We just left the hotel and what I thought was a minor issue, Jeff, the manager went above and beyond and took care of us. He managed tbe hotel all night long with the front desk, making sure breakfast was neatly prepared, and even changing out trash bags. I noticed his work ethic even before I I told him our complaint. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and small gym. Great location too! Would highly recommend.
