  Road trip

  Beautiful King Suite well equipped with all necessities hotel very conscientious during covid provided many essential needs such as hand sanitizers wrapped materials in plastic bags. Although we arrived at 3:00 am the Receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast was very welcoming with coffee and all necessities. Would definitely recommend for any weary travelers. Mary O'Neal

  A comfortable stay, during my business trip

  I was here Monday through Friday on a business trip and this place was extremely comfortable for the entire stay. I had virtually no complaints, despite there being a reduction in service, due to the pandemic. But I totally understand and don't blame them at all for them not being able to send cleaners to my room on the daily. I am able to handle the responsibility of keeping my hotel room clean, so it was no inconvenience to me at all.

  Clean, organized, and friendly hotel

  Passing through Dallas on a work trip, I decided to stay outside the city to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city. The first thing I noticed was the nicely decorated interior with a really cool looking carpet that wasn't worn at all. I was greeted by the friendly Jacqueline who checked me into my room. Unsurprisingly, the room was clean and immaculate as the rest of the hotel. In the morning,

  Very horrible experience; horrible management

  I will not return to this hotel. They were price gouging during the ice storm of Feb. 2021, where a government emergency had been declared. During an emergency, they were charging people $160.00 - $180.00 + for a room that is regularly $79.99. This hotel was literally breaking the law during a declared emergency by hiking their prices up $100 extra dollars. Additionally, they were lying to customers who walked into the hotel to book a room in person, telling them that they had no rooms available. Rooms showing online for $180. They wanted people to pay online, instead of getting a lower rate by coming in person to book. Even worse, when we called Marriott Corporate to report the inflated prices during a declared emergency and to report the horrible customer service, the general manager called the police to have us removed. Needless to say, when the police showed up they told the manager that they were not going to kick someone out for filing a complaint with corporate, especially in zero degree freezing temperatures. This company treats their customer like criminals, and only cares about money when their community is in need. They had the ability to help hundreds of people in their community, but the managers only care about money. They stated that they "had a job to do". WOW. What this hotel did was highly illegal and they will be reported to the Attorney General. Please take your business elsewhere. Not as important, the heater in the room did not work, as well as the TV.

  New Hotel that is very clean!

  The hotel and the room were very clean. They took time to sanitize everything including remotes. The room looked brand new even though the hotel is 3 years old. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice ladies at the front desk too!
