  Great place to stay

  We had a reunion centered in this hotel. Our room was very nice and very clean. Loved the shower! I think all of our friends felt the same way. The ladies at the desk were always kind and greeted us like family each time we came in. They let us congregate each evening in the breakfast area adjacent to the front lobby. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. Coffee, juices, eggs, sausage, etc.. the attendant insisted on making our waffles herself and delivering them to our table. If Im in the area again, I would definitely stay there!

  Friendly Staff

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was very cold and needs to be attended to more frequently. The pool needed to have a part replaced. Personally, I think it should have been inspected before the weekend since there was a wedding party staying for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and so was the room temperature.

  One of the best hotels in West Dallas

  This was my first time visiting Texas ever, and I was here on a business trip. The hotel was recommended to me by a peer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Blessed. Her name said it all. Blessed was always positive and had a great attitude. Regardless of the rate, I will book at this location because they hire quality people like Blessed. It was a pleasure to meet her and not.to.mention the room was clean and spacious.

  Excellent service

  We were graciously welcomed and the front desk (Stanley especially was very caring and concerned). The location was great in that its near shopping and restaurants but away from the noise. I was surprised that they still had a nice selection for breakfast (my opinion) considering all the restrictions that are on them for Covid. It was clean and the cleaning staff were constantly sanitizing everything.

  Crooked

  Stayed 1 night instead of 5 nights mother was in the hospital, told the front desk what happen and I needed to check out to fly back to FL. My mother pass away the very next day, instead of giving me refunds for the other 4nights, I got charged the whole 5nights of over $400. Take 2months to get my bank refunded me of the 4nights I didnt stay at, but it take another 2months for the funds to be reversed back. The bank told me that they have document that I stayed the whole 5night? Called and talk to some guy name "Peter" he said and I quote "Yes you only stayed for 1night but you left your belongings in the room, with how the policy is we wont be refunding you your refunds." what kind of BS is this? Im pretty sure Im not the only person whom left their stuff in a hotel before, left alone I have to drop everything from my business trip cause my mother was on death bed? I even got the record of me flying back from TX to FL and my mother death certificate. So instead of feeling sorry for your client you just take their money away from them? what kind of money grabbing BS hotel is this?
