  Management is absolutely terrible.

  The hotel is nice, and it should be a great hotel. However, the assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. She recognized the issue but chose profits over customer service. I will not stay there again.

  Great Hotel

  We were visiting family in the area and decided to stay at this hotel. It was a fantastic property; beautiful, well-appointed rooms, clean, comfortable beds, roomy, free wi-fi, free breakfast, excellent staff. Could not have asked for more. Next time we are in town this is definitely the property we would stay in.

  Clean, new hotel with best staff ever!

  Our time here was a true pleasure. The hotel is 2 years old but looks like it just opened it is so clean and well kept. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Kristin and Skye who attended to our every need and then some. The breakfast the next morning was good (except for what I think was powdered eggs, but that's just my taste) and the young woman overseeing it made sure everyone was happy with what was available and that there was sufficient amounts. We cannot say one bad thing about our experience here or the people, one of our best hotel experiences ever.

  Vacation getaway

  Hotel was right off highway. Highway noise was not bad. Hotel was clean and nice size rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had good wi-fi for a hotel. Would stay again if back in town.

  Good Clean Newer Hotel with noises issues

  It feels like a newer built hotel with many amenities. I enjoy the firm beds and decor provided. Ive stayed here 3 times and the hotel is clean and spacious. Ive stayed in a suite, which had one room divided into 2 with a sofa, coffee table and desk, the bed in another area both with large tvs. The other 2 times were King rooms which had ample space. One room was ADA compliant and had a wonderful shower the other had a standard tub shower! As for the noise, the front side of the hotel has a car wash, I thought planes were flying over head, but i was wrong. Also on the front you can easily hear the traffic from the road. On the back side it was much quieter. However, I assume that is the elevator buzzing I hear from the halls, Sounds like a microwave over timer, and On the 3rd floor you can easily hear the person on the fourth floor walking above you
