    Four nights.

    On a qualified nights stayed points burning run to complete my tenth year as platinum or higher in order to achieve Lifetime Platinum status. Its taken 12 years and I took a lot of time off of work this year. Dummy me!! Anyhow about the property. Its three years old and is more of a temp oil field housing unit. But the room was clean, clean, and the bed was well made. Breakfast is your typical category 1 fare. The GM, Randall, and his staff made me feel welcome and like family. I will return to this property again.

    Quaint

    This hotel is strictly for business travelers. The people that go in and out of this hotel are oil workers for the most part. It was clean and small for a hotel. The food was mediocre and the beds are not comfortable. Internet was good and choices of tv programs are o.k.

    Clean Hotel and Friendly Staff

    Spent one night at this hotel. The hotel and room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. THe breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful . If I am ever in the area again will be stay at this location.

    Clean & New

    We spent 2 days in this hotel in a King Suite. The Suite comes with a King Bed and a sofa area. There are 2 televisions, small refrigerator ans microwave. The hot breakfast was typical fresh made waffles, egg omelet, scrambled eggs, sausage or canadian bacon, pastries, cereals, etc. The outdoor pools was clean and not crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    Average Stay - Declining Service during COVID-19

    My spouse and I have stayed with Marriott branded hotels for 16 years and over 464 days with 79 nights this year. Imagine my surprise when I went to the front desk to get a bottle of body lotion as was informed by the morning desk clerk that they aren't ordering these. When I pressed the issue she further asserted that the Fairfield brand isn't supposed to be providing these and should be selling them in the market. This item is widely available at the Fairfield brand, Courtyard brand, Towneplace brand, Springhill brand and Residence Inn brand of the Marriott family of hotels. A better response would be to tell the customer that you will check and inform them of the outcome of your search. Marriott is greatly lacking in consistency across the same brands since COVID-19 started. Many individual hotels may want to consider that guests who travel frequently know more about those variations than an employee that may work in a single or second location managed by a small management company. The hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles was welcome with many locations not providing that during COVID-19. There was yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and pastries. All Marriott brands and locations where we have stayed have reduced their breakfast and housekeeping services during COVID-19. It seems like a business that has been greatly affected by COVID-19 would provide better service and not worse to maintain business during and after COVID-19. I am also a Wyndham Platinum member and they have maintained consistency during COVID-19 better even though I consider them a level below Marriott.
