  Cosas sencillas q nos hacen pensar.

  Hotel nuevo. Todo muy bien, excepto q el cuarto d baño NO tenia extractor funcionando. Le pregunté a la mucama y me contesto q no tenia. Prefiero creer q tenia problema, xq en muchas ocasiones se sentía olor a pozo muro (peste) y si llevabas la ropa al baño para ducharte y luego vestirte, esta se humedecida con el vapor. También la bañera muy resbalosa. Si toman nota de estos dos señalamientos todo sería perfecto. Tiene una cama comoda, cuarto amplio, personal excelente y el buffet de desayuno muy bueno y variado. En resumen me gusto. El próximo año quiero un cuarto SIN bañera y con extractor funcionando.

  Un hotel cómodo con precio cómodo

  Es un lindo hotel tipico de los Estados Unidos, muy recomendado para alojarse pues es limpio, con buen servicio y sobre todo cerca de todo, el desayuno que sirven es acorde al precio que se paga, en general si lo recomiendo

  spectacular Hotel

  We loved this hotel! It was right in the heart of the action (plenty of places to eat and shop!)! Sara at the front desk was a gem! (solid shout out to her as she really enhanced our trip with her genuine cheerfulness!). The beds were so soft with fluffy comforters and 4 pillows, the bathroom amenities were an upgrade from what we usually get. There was a microwave in the room. The desk had wheels and we could move it...the place was super clean. We had the best time thanks to this amazing hotel and we plan to be back! The pool was nothing to write home about, we did not get into it, but it was nice having it indoors just in case were were wanting a swim. I loved that there was a lil area to buy drinks and snacks as well.

  A wonderful experience

  During this crazy Covid time, My sister and I met halfway (Dublin, Ohio) and stayed at this beautiful hotel for a much needed sister tripwe followed all the safety precautions: separate rooms, no housekeeping required, masks, curbside pickupand we really appreciated the staffs diligent cleaning schedule throughout the common areas. (We were even able to reserve the pool to enjoy on our own)! A special shout out to Sarah James at the front desk! She was so helpful and kindGREAT customer service from a WONDERFUL, professional staff member. Well be back!

  Clean but very uncomfortable

  Let's cut right to the chase ....if you want a clean, modern and good looking hotel that's centered where it's convenient to get food of all types to eat like a taco bell , Wendy's ,olive garden etc this is the place. It's updated ,clean and a friendly environment....well that is except the night shift clerk who made sure she came knocking at our doors at least 4 times, were in town for gymnastics meet with 8-9 year old girls who are staying with their team and are excited to be at a "hotel " so they may get a tad noisy but that's why we requested to all be on the same floor. This clerk made it a point to visit at least 4 times and then call individual rooms like the fun police .no bueno, it's first hotel we've ever stayed at that kept doing that meanwhile having a lobby full of non mask wearing drinking adults that were way noisier then these girls......but back to the comfort part of this review, we reserved 2 queen "suites" which in reality are just a supposedly 2 queen size beds at reservation time on phone I was told 2 queen beds with a sofa sleeper. I get to room after check in no sofa sleeper and beds are more like 2 full beds don't feel like the queen we have at home at all. I call to front desk to ask about the sofa sleeper she tells me no they're booked no upgrades their mistake . Fast forward to when we try to go to bed 2 am call down to front desk to get a cot , cots are fire hazard in queen rooms I can move you to king suite with 1 king bed and sofa bed if you want to wake kids up and move them at 2 am ......I wasn't moving kids so I asked about a discount on room since they messed up my reservation, was told I'm just a night time clerk I have no authority to do this I'll have manager call in the a.m. not complaining about the stay , just noting that if I had to choose comfort I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel . Beds are hard , pillows are way to soft almost like laying on a balled up towel so now sore neck for drive home.....recap Clean , updated and convenient hotel located in good spot, nice staff during day not at night .....comfort not so much at all
