  Caring staff!

  We came in on Wednesday night for a funeral. I had called ahead to ask for a room on the first floor as my mother has a hard time walking. The nice manager was able to accommodate us. The day of check in I received an email from the manager informing us that they were having some technical issues with their key machine, but that our reservation was still available, and that a member on the team would be more than happy to assist us in any way possible. I really appreciated the heads up this way we were not blindsided upon check in and we already knew what to expect. When we got to our room, the manager had placed flowers and a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. This was such a small and kind gesture it brought us to tears. I asked the manager if I could please have the number to Marriott corporate so I could tell them about all of the WONDERFUL things this hotel has done. Thank you Fairfield Inn!

  clean hotel

  We stayed this week at the Fairfield Inn in Sharonville. It was a beautiful hotel and all of the employees are really nice and helpful. The hotel lobby looks just like how it is pictured. There is lots of parking available, but you will need a permit from the front desk. They are offering breakfast in the morning and have a gift shop with snacks and beverages.

  Very Pleasant Stay

  Needed a room for, literally, 9 hours. My 16 year old and I needed a place to crash the night prior to a couple of hockey games at rink just a few miles away. Noted the hotel had good reviews all around even though I got it for dirt cheap on Priceline. Like, silly cheap. Arrived late night and was greeted by the night clerk, Harold. Harold was welcoming, engaging, and easy to talk with. The lobby was bright and friendly. The hotel looks a bit old from the exterior, but the room was just fine. We checked for bugs, as always, found none. The room was clean and well stocked. The bath towels were awesome! Full and thick and plentiful. We did lack an extra roll of TP. I called down to the desk and Harold had an extra roll delivered within 5 minutes. We had 2 double beds, which was fine for our purpose. The beds and pillows were comfy, the WIFI worked, the TV worked. Didn't check the breakfast in the AM so I can't comment on that. Free parking doesn't hurt in an urban area. The bathroom was clean, the shower was fine, and shampoos/soaps were provided. The hotel sits right on I-75 and I heard no traffic whatsoever. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Harold!

  Worst Marriott hotel

  This was the dirtiest and least maintained Marriott brand hotel we have stayed in for the last 20+ years. Some reasons: the Carpets were dirty, coffee pot in lobby dirty, tables dirty, musty smell in halls, the walls & furniture with hundreds of scuff marks , dents, scratches & stains throughout the hotel, our duvet was dirty (dried blood or nail polish?) & the replacement had a hole, the exercise room: was dirty and the cleaning cloths for equipment were dry, the tv not working, weights on floor, & it smelled like a locker room, the pool had dirty towels on chairs at 5:30 AM; the lobby door cover sensor is missing; the breakfast tables were dirty w/crumbs although the area is closed; the parking lot had a lot of litter, the non-lobby doors are not secured (no card required for entry although there is a sign stating it), the lobby TV was stuck on a weather screen for the 5th of December (5 days past), our doorcard was not working and when I had it reprogrammed the clerk did not ask for an ID, the wifi constantly kicked us off, outlets on lamp did not work, there is a 2018 phonebook in a drawer, we checked out and there was no one at desk, pushed the need assistance, push here button twice, waited 5 minutes and had to leave. No, I did not complain because they obviously do not care.

  Hotel is not safe nor clean

  Do not stay at this property. I will not go into specific details but this is not a safe place to bring children or women, and the hotel staff is aware of this. Call the local police department and ask for safe hotels in the area that do not have a lot of calls, because I can guarantee this will not be one of them.
