  Passing Through - Perfecf!

  Traveling south and pulled off for night... Clean rooms, safe Covid practices, TV remote was in sterilized bag! Lots of food options nearby. Was able to use stairs vs elevator. Front desk fast and efficient check in... Highly recommend!

  Quick night atop

  This was a clean pleasant hotel the beds were comfortable the staff was friendly book online and save a few $$ the mice surprise in the morning was the to go breakfast wisely done and thoughtful a small brown bag with essentials apples water muffin and granola

  Owner not enforcing masks

  The door says wear a mask the owner doesn't enforce leaving many walking around maskless. Owners family and friends are playing in the pool and running up and down the halls without masks. Strong leadership is what will keep the virus under control. Sorry thus guy got my money.

  The Fairfield Inn in Calhoun Georgia is very convenient to the I75. And..... Rhonda in the kitchen is serving a hot breakfast. Thank you Rhonda!! The staff was nice, the room was nice an comfortable and we would highly recommend if you are in this area.

  Disgusting, unsanitary, not in compliance with their posted mask policy

  My daughter and I visited this hotel on December 19, 2020 for one night. The hotel lobby was clean, the night clerk wore her mask. There is a large sign on the door that masks are required . Our room was very spacious, and a sign saying this room has been cleaned, and they even had wipes. The TV clicker had a plastic bag over it. Well, the I home radio had a layer of dust on it that I was able to write words in it. The table had a layer of dust on it. I do not think the house keeping staff ever dusted the furniture!!!! Upon check out, I showed the day clerk the pictures, he just shrugged his shoulders. He was not even wearing a mask. As a representative of the Marriott chain of hotels, he should have been in compliance with their states policy. I asked to have my points refunded, as the room was dirty and unsanitary. He refused. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel visit, especially in a hotel that had a sign in the room about cleanliness. The day agents name was Hayden ( Ill leave out his last name). Hayden states no manager was available, and did not make our stay right. We are diamond Marriott reward members, and will think twice about staying in another Marriott facility.
