  False listing and dirty room

  The room I stayed in was just plain gross. The carpet has stains, the hallway has food and debris on the floors, like it's been a while since it was last vacuumed. The pillows smell like body sweat and odor and random stain on top covers. There is a shelf of some sort just propped up against the wall and could be a hazard if it was to fall on a young child. Lamp shade broken and so was the remote control. I was told that the room I paid for was no longer available (2 queens with a sofa bed). So I had to book a second room to accommodate everyone. There wasn't even enough towels for everyone! Teenagers roaming the halls making noise... Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra to stay some place nicer. This could be a nice hotel if the people running it took better care of the place.

  Sweet Dig

  I made an appointment to view the space for noon. Spontaneously I showed up early to catch them off guard and plainly I was still impressed. The continental breakfast looked good, their sanitization procedures were better than Ive seen in other locations, the rooms I viewed were exactly what I was looking for, and they have a basketball court/indoor swimming pool. I will literally be in my own little heavenly nook for a minute. The neighborhood feel quiet and safe and it looks like everything Ill need is within walking distance. Definitely check this space out!!

  Nice, quiet property

  I had to stay here while some work was completed on my home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They made me feel comfortable staying there during the pandemic, the room was clean and the common areas were spotless! I saw them sanitizing throughout my stay and really enjoyed my time at the property. It made it feel like a staycation instead of a place to sleep during repairs!

  Family Relaxation

  This hotel met all of my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The grab n go breakfast was good even during Covid. Great locate and clean room. I will definitely choose this hotel for future travel.

  Very efficient and clean hotel

  This is everything that you want out of a Fairfield: good location, clean, and nice staff. This is my third stay here and it does not disappoint. Location is convenient. Theres a nearby Target, restaurants and grocery stores. Close to Germantown, collierville, and east Memphis.
