  Unplanned Last Minute Late Check In

  We showed up just after midnight without a reservation on a holiday weekend. The front desk attendant let us in, was very polite, and quickly got us a room. We were exhausted. This is a new property and the rooms were immaculate and the set-up very functional. We slept great on the comfortable bed. The breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. Weve never been in a pinch like this where we pulled up to a hotel without a reservation with fingers crossed hoping for a room on a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

  Mostly good

  As a Platinum Elite customer, I should receive a 'special' welcome--I did not get that. Upon departing the first morning I stopped to get a cup of coffee to go, right at the end of breakfast time. The coffee dispenser had been taken away, and I gave up after waiting over 10 minutes. Those were the main negatives. The room and bed were good, and the breakfast was good. It's a new facility and overall quite nice.

  Horrible Customer Service

  I've been a loyal Marriott customer and we booked this hotel in June. In my marriott ap it showed I had till July 8th to cancel, so we did. We cancelled because we didn't know where Tropical Storm Barry was going to go and I've been calling Marriott for almost two weeks (the main line) and this hotel to get our money back. Nobody is returning my call from the hotel and Marriott keeps saying that we have to talk to the hotel specifically. It's frustrating because no one will call us or email us back. All we would like is our 83 dollars back from the hotel that we didn't eve stay at.

  Visit to support friend for family member funeral

  The Staff very friendly. The hotel was in a convenient location, close proximity to restaurants and stores. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast bar was okay. Nice atmophere.

  Comfortable

  Clean quiet and comfortable. Didn't spend much time in the hotel but when I was there the staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. Pool looked nice wish I had time to get in. Didn't have a lot of channel options on tv but had the option to sign in to your own netflix accts.
