    I had an amazing experience.

    My husband and I was in room 405. This room was so clean it smelled good. The front office staff was absolutely amazing. DeShante' was so sweet and so understanding. We traveled from out of state. She was so understanding and allowed me a late checkout. Veronica and VaDivia are the most amazing two ladies you could ever meet. The rooms they clean was so impressive. I am a social butterfly and they took time to listen to me. I thank them for that. These two ladies will be your go too in you ever stay here. Aracdis is the breakfast server she is so polite.

    Stay Was Great!

    Hotel smelled clean when i walked in, Front Desk Ashley greeted me and my husband with a nice warm smile and fresh bakes cookies. She was able to provide us with an unexpected upgrade and the room was Great. Will be returning on our next trip south.

    Not what we have come to expect from Fairfield

    The most positive part of our stay was Ashley at the front desk. We didn't have a reservation, but she found us a room and checked us in efficiently. Our first room, 420, had not been cleaned, even though the bed had been made: Dirty towels, garbage around the room, food on floor, and feces covered toilet. Disgusting! We returned to the front desk and Ashley apologized, and promptly found us another room 216. Had it not been for her professionalism and great service, we may have just left. Room 216 also had housekeeping deficiencies: Only 2 bath towels, the kleenex was down to the 'blue' with only a few tissues left, and the carpet was dirty. The shower liner is not long enough to tuck inside the bathtub, so as a result the bathroom floor was covered with water after showering. The showerhead also needs fixing or replacing. Fortunately, our bed was comfortable, something we have come to expect from Marriott, so we slept well.

    Terrible stay

    We are staying for one night while traveling home from Kentucky to Florida with an 11 month old and a 6 year old and just needed a quiet place to get off the road and rest. We had nothing but trouble with this Fairfield Inn. When we got in around 4 p.m. our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby with kids running around for almost an hour. Then there was a party booked in their conference room that they allowed a DJ to play music so loudly just below our room that the walls and floor were literally vibrating still at 9:30 at night and we could here every word of the music even after the front desk told us they would have to "turn down the music at 9." It woke up my infant and my 6 year couldn't go to sleep because it was so loud! I have never dealt with such a poorly managed hotel and will not be staying here again!

    Extremely Disappointing...

    Let me start by saying, as a loyal Marriott customer & a former Marriott employee, I have stayed at many locations in & out of the country, but this experience was by far the worst Ive ever had at any Marriott hotel. My husband & I had stayed at this location in 2018 & had a great experience which is why I chose to stay here again. First let me start out with the positive. Kenisha at the front desk was very nice, engaging & attentive! Now on to the negative. After getting checked in, I went back to my car to get my bags & parked on the right side of the building & to use side entrance but a note on the door said out of order. No big deal. I thought maybe they were doing this because of COVID & want everyone to use the front entrance. Now understand, when you walk into the lobby, it smells of Pinesol & bleach, but as soon as you turn the corner & onto the elevator, its a different story. The elevators were dirty. I dont mean just the carpet, Im talking about dirty as in pieces of trash on the floor. When I got into the room & sat my bags down, I went into the bathroom, I instantly got disgusted.The toilet bowl had not been cleaned. It had residue of feces stuck on the inside of the commode which means the last time the housekeeping staff cleaned, they didnt clean inside of the commode. The trash cans were empty, but the counters were filthy & Im not exaggerating, Im talking about food stuck on the counters. Being in the industry I currently work in, I always come prepared. I didnt want to be a butt hole & ask for another room, so I pulled out my Clorox wipes & wiped the entire room down & threw away the empty plastic bag that was left on the dresser from the last guest. The floor hadnt been vacuumed, but again, not going to make a big deal because I dont walk around in my socks, let alone barefoot. I went back down to my car to get some more things & decided to try the side entrance on the left side of the building. Normally you would have to use your key to get in the other entrances, but nope, the door is wide open which means anyone can just walk into the hotel. Fast forward to later on that night when I got ready to get in the bed. I pulled the cover back & noticed their was hair on the sheets. At first I thought I was tripping, but then I leaned over & said oh heck naw, these sheets are dirty. And Im not talking dingy, Im talking dirty as in stains on the sheets. That was it! I called the front desk & asked if housekeeping was gone for the day because the sheets were dirty. The response I received was, you can come to the front desk & get new sheets or wait until housekeeping comes in the morning. Who in their right mind would sleep on sheets with ketchup stains & hair on them? Of course Ill come get them & make the bed up myself. The crazy part is, when I 1st checked in the room, the bed was actually made up. Like really? How do you make a bed when you can clearly see the sheets are dirty. At this point, I didnt even trust the shower. I washed up in the sink the next day & just decided to wait until I got home to take a shower. The ONLY positive thing about the room was the bed was very comfortable. Out of all the Marriott properties Ive stayed at, I have NEVER left a negative review, because Ive never had a bad experience, but I will NEVER come back to this location again.
